The accommodations were fantastic for our large group of 12 adults. Each bedroom having a bathroom was a great perk and the bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The kitchen/cooking knives needed sharpening as did the only pair of scissors we found, but we managed. The location is ideal to all the attractions and venues around Branson. Unless you choose to venture further, most things are 10-15 minutes from the rental property. It would be helpful to have another couch in the living room as many of us had to use the kitchen table for seating while watching movies which was not comfortable for long periods. The kitchen table sat all 12 of us comfortably for meals. The owners were very responsive to a couple of minor items that came up and checked the chemicals in the hot tub frequently. I'd highly recommend this property adn the owners.
