There is not enough to say about how amazing this location was!! It was close to everything and wasn't far from the highway at all, so there were plenty of options for food and entertainment but if you just wanted to relax at the house, the subdivision is quiet enough for that as well. It was extremely clean, no shortage of supplies for cooking including seasonings. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, tvs were big enough for people to plug in their consoles or laptops and sit on the bed in play. We truly enjoyed watching the tv upstairs while playing pool, it was just a delight. The owners were fantastic about response time and even offered another night due to inclement weather. This is a 10/10 and will rent again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was exactly as pictured and honestly exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, the house itself was cozy and welcoming, and it had everything we needed for our time there.We stayed as a group of adults attending a leadership retreat, and the layout and space worked beautifully for gathering, resting, and spending time together. The hot tub was a great bonus and was enjoyed daily. The location was also fantastic—easy to get to and close to everything we needed.Overall, this home was comfortable, well-appointed, and ideal for a group stay. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

We first stayed at this property four years ago and loved it so much that we couldn't wait to return. Unfortunately, our experience this time around was a bit disappointing, as the house doesn't seem to have been kept up to par over the years.The Highlights• Excellent Layout: The house is incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our group.• Privacy: We absolutely love that every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom—a rare find that makes group travel much easier.• Vibe: The home still feels very welcoming and has a friendly atmosphere.Areas for Improvement:While the bones of the house are great, several issues impacted our stay:• Maintenance: The door to the main floor master bathroom wouldn’t stay closed or lock; it kept springing open, which was a significant privacy issue.• Sleep Quality: The mattresses are definitely showing their age. Everyone in our group had a difficult time sleeping on them, and they are likely due for replacement.• Missing Essentials: The house lacked simple cleaning supplies. We couldn't find a vacuum cleaner to tidy up during our stay, and there were no extra dish sponges or basic cleanup items provided.We have fond memories of this home, but it currently feels a bit neglected. With some new mattresses, a few repairs, and better stocking of household essentials, it could easily be a 5-star stay again.

This house was perfect. We have 7 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Kitchen was equipped and specious. Hot tub was excellent. Location was private and within 10 minutes of every activity we booked. We will stay here again!!

This house fit our needs perfectly. We had eight couples, love that everyone had their own bathroom. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. You can tell they thought of everything when they built this place. Definitely recommend for your large group.

The home was perfect! Very inviting and welcoming. As for any outside amenities, it rained our entire time there so we sat by the firepit for maybe 5 mins :/If we take a company trip to Branson again we definitely all agree we want to stay here again.

This VRBO property is amazing. It very comfortably fits adult and kid guests as it details. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked and the beds are so comfy! The neighborhood has several VRBOs distanced nicely from one another. The area is very quiet but you’re just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the entertainment of Branson yet located away from the congested roads. This house is a must rent for multiple families or a family gathering. The house is so roomy and each bedroom as a suite is such a plus!

Highly recommend

Check-in was easy, code provided with detailed instructions for entering the house. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. It was nice to have two refrigerators! There was plenty of seating for a large group.

A wonderful place to stay. Plenty of everything needed for a large family vacation. Close to many attractions. Brad and Pam were very easy to work with . My family appreciated that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Definitely where I would want to stay if and when we go back to Branson.

Family Getaway

This place was an excellent place for 10 family members to get together (ages 57 - 86). It was well equipped with plenty of essential items in the bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, grill, and horse shoe pit. The grill was a little rusty but worked fine. Overall, the place was clean with the exception of the shower curtains (some of them were moldy). I would still highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location for large gathering

This property was well equipped, clean and had an excellent layout for our family vacation. Our sons and grandsons loved the bunk room and video games. The hot tub was a nice relaxing end to busy days. We had plenty of room for our 3 generation large family to spend a great week together.
