"This was everything you want when you rent a house! Amenities exactly as described or better. Here’s what stood out: the signage and welcome packets meant we knew how to use every single thing in the house. The downstairs bedroom is on the basement level (built into the side of the hill) so it was windowless and perfectly chilly. Best sleep literally since we had kids six years ago. I slept until 8:30… unheard of. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee, creamer, basic spices, a little oil) and...

"The host, Lynn, was great! Communication was amazing! We received email response within minutes. Check-in and checkout were effortless. The house was beautiful and just right for our family to be together for Christmas. There was even a Christmas tree! The house was located between several Branson attractions which made it so convenient. The lake views were great, especially with the December temperatures feeling more like Spring. The kids loved the arcade games, pool table, and karaoke...

"It was cute and cozy and all the amenities we needed were there. We had a little trouble finding the place because there are multiple cottages and they’re numbered but not in order. Suggest that you tell the cross street when you give directions and address. Also, even though it was a somewhat crowded Cottage area - it was very peaceful We were comfortable and we were close to fishing and Branson. We enjoyed the steamboat Branson Belle. Locally we enjoyed the Mercantile and the sweet lady...

"The Cozy Coop Cottage was perfect for our Branson trip. It is located within walking distance to Main Street and the shops at The Landing. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well-stocked and even included a good supply of coffee...a plus for me. I would highly recommend this property. "

"First of all the pre-trip communication with the owner was second to none. We have been booking through VRBO for years and have never had this level of communication. There were absolutely no surprises during the check in phase. Our Family was a group of 13. 4 adults and 9 kiddos from ages 5 to 18. This property had something for everyone in our group. The teenagers loved the downstairs while our littles enjoyed the game room. Morning coffee on the screened in back porch was a delight for...
