Beautiful, comfortable townhouse in a fabulous gated resort. Loved the walking paths, pickle ball courts, pool, gym. The home was well stocked and conveniently located to everything in Branson. The only negative was when it got very hot outside the upper level for super warm despite running the fans. My kids didn't seem to mind though.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed and more. Very clean and inviting. Brenda is top notch! Do not hesitate to stay here. The fireplace was awesome; family stay was wonderful here. Comfortable beds and furnishings, large screen TV's, and great location; can't say enough about how lovely it is!

Last minute booking

We really enjoyed our stay and the property exceeded our expectations. We loved the location and the ability to be anywhere in about 10 minutes. The only problem we had was communication with the owner the first 24hrs. Upon embarking on our 9hr adventure our current reservation cancelled due to a fire. We quickly found this unit and continued our drive. In our error we had put in a work email that we didnt have access to while traveling. We hadnt received anything to confirm the reservation so we followed up in the app and asked that the confirmation be sent to another email. We followed up on the app 3 times, called, and emailed with no response. Meanwhile we had been traveling a long distance with two young children and were super anxious not knowing if we had a place to stay after a long drive. We finally called vrbo who also could not contact the owner. We finally received a text with the address and directions after we arrived in Branson. With that being said, we accept that we failed to provide a correct email, but a simple call back or apology would have been nice. We still feel this is a great stay and would do it again with more planning.

This property has everything you need, great location, beds are very comfortable, the unit was very clean, and the amenities are a bonus.The only draw back is the upstairs bedrooms stay hot. Like 10 degrees different from downstairs.

Lovely townhome

Great property! Walk in front and out back. Rare in Branson. Also in Pt Royale, a wonderful pet-friendly neighborhood that is also very walk-friendly. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We stayed a week and had plenty of paper products. They also supplied laundry detergent and bleach. It has to be one of the cleanest units we’ve ever rented. Highly recommend.

Well stocked

Overall the place was great.! Very clean. Location is just right. Community and property were nice and quiet and well maintained. Unit was well stocked with all of the necessities. Really only sleeps 6 in beds. Roll a way bed was a fold up mattress that was pretty covered in stains and only big enough for 1 teen or 2 small children. The check in info was not accurate which slowed the process but overall experience was great.

Perfect Home Base for Vacation

This property was a perfect home base for Branson. No steps to enter, and entry was easy. Close parking. The home itself was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed for all our needs. The kitchen, although small, had all the tools we needed for cooking meals and snacks. Our stay was in December, and the living room came complete with a Christmas tree. I would highly recommend this property.

Branson Trip

Our family visits Branson 2-3 times a year. We have stayed everywhere I n Branson. We have narrowed down our favorite to Pointe Royale and 1 other place. Pointe Royale offers so many amenities for everyone in the family. This particular townhome was perfect. Extremely clean, excellent communication, fair price for the size, comfortable beds, large TV, etc. We will definitely be back!
