Multiple large common areas, eight bedrooms spread across three floors, multiple decks with nice views of Table Rock Lake, great layout for our multi-family gathering. Near Steamy Joe’s Cafe and Chateau Marina, nice area - we’d definitely rent this place again. RentBranson was very responsive to questions and requests.

Loved the home. It’s a bit dated, things throughout the home need repairs. But we would rent again. Very relaxing, pool great, hot tub great. All the fun you can think of is downstairs. Grand daughter loved the Karaoke. We had a mix up between Vrbo and rent Branson. You can rent from both of them but different priced. We rented at first through Vrbo and that cost us . Our mistake?

Our family of 11 (5 teenagers) spent a week in this house. It was very hot so the pool was a hit. The house is just okay. The interior appears rundown. Outside furniture is old, dirty and some pieces broken. Dishes and glasses are okay; pot and pans are questionable. A lot of bath and pool towels but no kitchen towels. No hot pads in the kitchen. Ran out of propane while grilling! Maybe a backup propane should be left on deck? To access pool area required you to go down basement stairs in house (narrow/steep). My husband couldn’t use master suite on main floor because of a step from bedroom to bathroom. Navigating that at night with a walker would be disastrous. We have used VRBO several times in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This house was a disappointment compared to previous rentals.

Excellent house!

Loved the house! They opened the pool early for us, which we greatly appreciate.Only issue we had was a water leak above one of the beds that looked like it had happened before.We definitely recommend this house!! Excellent communication with the host as well.

No Help

Property was fine. We booked for location and the fact that they had Karaoke machine..............which was supposed to be a fun part of our trip. Got there. No instructions on how to operate. Called........no help. Said they would find out...........no help. Said they would send someone out to help us.............No one showed. Will never book again. Lots of money......no help.

Great Vacation Home - Great Company

The house is fantastic, with awesome lake views, plenty of space to spread out and lots to do. It’s located about 10 minutes from downtown Branson and 10 to state park marina. Rent Branson was prompt and descriptive in its communications and overall very easy to work with. Definitely worth a rental!

Annual family vacation

The house was perfect for a large family vacation. The entertainment amenities were fabulous for the young adults. We had a rainy day and everyone enjoyed playing pool, basketball, ping pong and karaoke all day. If we come back to the Branson area, we will definitely stay here again. The hosts were always available and responsive to our requests. Absolutely a 5 star rental.

Family 4th Getaway

Amazing views! Lots of space for our 3 generation group. Truly enjoyed the property and location. We had a few issues related to weather but they were quickly addressed by property management. Rent Branson group very professional and efficient. Would stay again!

Overall nice stay but could use some work

The best thing about this house is the view. It's gorgeous and the deck is very nice and sitting outside with our family was lovely. The house is quite spacious and it was one of the few places I could find that had eight bedrooms all with king size bed. The downstairs has one very small bathroom shared by three bedrooms but the rest of the the downstairs space is great and my family really enjoyed the pop-a- shot, Pool table, etc. I will say the property is photographed very well and may be slightly misleading. It certainly gives more "old lake house" Vibes throughout the majority of the house when you get in there. There is old carpet throughout a lot of the house and a lot has not been updated. A big ledge over the front door full of old stuffed animals and dead bugs, etc. Not that we would necessarily mind this for a lake trip it just kind of is presented a little bit differently through the pictures on the app. The most frustrating thing was that for high priced Airbnb I felt like there were a lot of simple touches that we often see that were lacking. For example there is a large beautiful deck but only two pieces of rusty old patio furniture. Not sure why there wouldn't be seating provided for a house that sleeps 16+ people. Luckily everyone in our group bought camp chairs otherwise I'm not sure where anyone would've sat. Kitchen utensils and such were very limited and low end. We may stay again if we do not have another option but not a five star for me.

BEAUTIFUL HOME & VERY CLEAN

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN BRANSON. THE HOME WAS VERY SPACIOUS & CLEAN. THE HOST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE & CHECK IN PROCESS WAS VERY EASY. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Amazing location

We had the best time staying here with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals! We grilled, we swam, we played lots of pop-a-shot, all with an amazing view. Perfect home for larger groups!

Fabulous location with amazing lake views. Perfect for large groups of all ages.

The house was in a fabulous location with great proximity to Branson amenities and attractions. It had amazing views, abundant space and both indoor and outdoor entertainment for all ages, plus it sits in quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the attentiveness of the property management and their ability to address the unforeseen issues that popped up during our stay. We will definitely check on availability next time we are in the area and highly recommend this property.
