The house hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived so after driving 9 hours when we was just ready to stay at the house and relax because we was traveling with a 3 & 4 year old that had been cooped up all day we had to leave to go kill time until house was cleaned. The host got right on that and within a couple of hours we was allowed back in the house. Even tho we didn’t cook the kitchen was stocked with a Keriug and coffee pot and 2 fridges in main kitchen.

The house was a great size for our family and well equipped. However, we were unable to use the upstairs bedrooms for the first 2 nights because the A/C unit was not working. The management company did not inform us ahead of time. They put standing A/C units in the 3 bedrooms and hoped they would work. The units were not running when we arrived. When we turned them on they would flip the breaker and shut off. It was in the 90s upstairs. Communication with the management company was difficult which they said was because they were switching communications programs. The house is in a great location close to a beach area and marina. There was an indoor and outdoor pool that my grandchildren enjoyed. Still waiting for the refund they said they would give me for the inconvenience.

Awesome place for a reunion

We had such a nice time at the lodge. Everyone was comfortable, there was plenty of space and the layouts worked for a large group. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a large group. Kitchen was well stocked with large pans, skillets, silverware and having two fridges and dishwasher was a game changer. The back deck was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy talking with an amazing view. No complaints!!

Whole family vacation. Perfect home for every person! Room for all and plenty of kitchen, bathroom & bedroom space. The patios had beautiful views and the hot tub was a hit! We would definitely stay again!

Great place for large groups.

Easily accommodated 6 families with children and the separate living spaces meant we were not stepping on each other's toes. Proximity to the lake, Branson and Silver Dollar City make this an amazing home base.

Stillwater Critique

I didn't initially realize it, but we also stayed at Stillwater in July of 2022 when the house was newer. We enjoyed our stay again, yet there are some issues that need addressing. I always run an inspection when we first enter the house. I noticed that there was a handle broken off of one of the refrigerator/freezers. In the 1st bedroom on the left in the lower level the plaster was cracked and falling off. The lower back sliding doors were not locked. The floor under the beds, especially by the wall under the headboards, was not clean and one bathroom toilet in the upper level had not been cleaned. The people in our group who prepared the meals for us had several suggestions. Since this is a large 10 bedroom house, there are usually large groups of people. We had over 20. The minimum supplies that are provided are not adequate, such as dishwashing pods for the automatic dish washers, trash bags, etc. Larger frying pans and pancake griddle would be good. There are 2 automatic dish washers and the one on the right does not clean as well as the left one. You almost have to wash the dishes before you put them in the washer. All the above items are just what we would expect for the price that we pay for the rental. We made do with everything and enjoyed our time together. It was more about family being together than dwelling on some inconveniences. Ken

Wonderful home for Reunion

We had our family reunion here and it was wonderful. So much space to spread out and such a great layout! Very close to outdoor pool and walkable to the indoor. Lovely decor and design. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Family Reunion in Branson

We chose Branson because there's so much to do for all the ages in our group. We went to SDC on Thursday. (Group Rate). That day we had a big family meal at the VRBO. after eating, some went back to SDC. Others went to the pool or hot tub. Friday was for taking in some Branson activities. The guys went golfing. Saturday, pontoon rental and enjoyed the lake. Ended Saturday with big cookout at big VRBO. MADE SOME GREAT MEMORIES.

Christian Mens Ministry Retreat

Incredible set up for our meetings. There were 10 older guys and they all greatly appreciated having their own space. Meeting upstairs was perfect. We enjoyed the ping pong down below a well.

Beautiful Home

Surpassed our expectations! This home was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away! We did have some issues with the hot tub going into protection mode quite a bit but the games inside were fun for us all! Definitely recommend!

Plenty of room and great location.

Everything was ready and clean when our family arrived. We settled right in. The view of the lake was great! After dinner the kids headed straight to the pool just 3 houses down. The next day, Moonshine Beach was the attraction only about 1 mile away.
