Amazing house

The house was amazing and perfect for our extended family of 16 to stay for the week. We loved the deck to sit and enjoy family time at night and the view of the pool. Every king bedroom was wonderful because of the personal bathroom and comfortable beds. Definitely going to come back in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Andy's home! We do a family vacatuon with our children and grandchildren every year. We have never had as great of an experience as we did this past week. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 19 of us. Kitchen was fully equipped and was perfect for us to cook big dinners and plenty of places for people to sit and eat. Community pool was just steps away from the house. Andy was an amazing host. Prior to our visit I had questions which he always responded to quickly. He was always so nice and never made me feel like i was bothering him.For anyone who has a large group, this place is perfect!!!

Excellent accommodations and great host.

Our location and accommodations were great. A maintenance issue came up and it was handled promptly. Great communications!!The only drawback is the close proximity to other rental properties and folks not adhering to the night time quiet hours. Our neighbor was up at 2am having loud conversations outside.

Excellent accommodations for a large group

My family and I took a trip and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were perfect for 15 people. The kids had an awesome time as well. All the amenities were functioning properly. Point of contact were friendly and always easily available.

Beautiful!!! Neighbors kept using our hot tub!! Needed more bowls, spices, Kcup didn’t work!!! Fabulous time together!!! Loved bedrooms with bathrooms!!!

The house was well laid out and accommodated our family well. Location was good in relation to attractions in Branson. However, we had some cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Perfect for multi-generational stay

The house was perfect for our family of 17. We ranged in age from 81 to 11 months old and everyone had plenty of space. Loved the long dining room table. It was a central spot for crafts, games, and making gingerbread houses. The bedrooms with adjoining bathroom were great. The location was wonderful. We were close to the strip and Silver Dollar City. Lots of priceless memories were made. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to any of my friends too.

Amazing house

This was a trip for a gymnastics meet. Several moms stayed together in this house with our daughters. Thr layout was perfect! The girls had a blast in the double, triple bunk room. Each mom had her own room and private bath. There was plenty of room for all of us and our things. We also loved all of the things to do. The girls really enjoyed the playground, hot tub, and games at the house. Mostly, we LOVED the view of the lake. It was breathtaking! We were all out on the back deck getting photos of thr lake with the morning fog. This location was perfect. We were 5 minutes from our competition at the Chateau Hotel and about 10-20 minutes to everything on the strip. We would highly recommend this house and location.

Great Experience

This home was perfect for our large family. The main floor had 1 bedroom with walk in shower for our grandmother, the top floor was perfect for our adult couples, and the bottom floor worked out for the families with children. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Place

It was a good place to stay for the number of people we had. It was in a great location to everywhere we need to be. The only thing I wish it had was a vacuum cleaner to use instead of just a broom and I wish they made sure the place had foosball balls to use for the table. Other than that it was a great place.

Family getaway

What an incredible piece of property! We went to Branson for a family getaway with a large group and it checked every box! House was perfect, pool was our favorite spit and it was close to all the fun attractions! The host was quick to respond to ally messages and even helped a family mber with directions when they were lost! I highly reccomend!

Girls Trip

Our annual girls trip was to Branson this year. The house was perfect for the 11 of us to stay together! There was tons of room, the kitchen had everything, and it was so great that every room had their own bathroom! Adam had quick responses to all of my messages and was super helpful! Definitely would stay again!

Nice large place!

The spacious home was wonderful for our extended family vacation. The outdoor spaces were great for enjoying the beautiful weather. The location was close to the activities we attended. The neighborhood seemed friendly and safe. The check in process was smooth and the manager was easily reached thru text for questions after we arrived. The home was mostly clean except for a few things we noticed like the floors and some dusting. The kids enjoyed access to the indoor pool but the adults were disappointed that the indoor hot tub was not heated. Overall we would recommend this home for other large families to vacation!

Best weekend ever!

The view was phenomenal, the house was better in person. Plenty of seating outside and inside. We had 4 families all stay for a weekend getaway. It was over 100° the whole time outside and with all the people and doors opening and shutting the house stayed FREEZING! We will hands down be back for years to come!
