This is great property and has awesome view to the lake specially during sunset. We really had great time. Host was very helpful and fed all information and portal was super.We really enjoyed the stay!

Always a favorite!

We’ve been returning to Out of the Blue year after year. This home is the perfect place for our extended family to spend a long weekend together. It’s made better by great hosts who are available, kind and helpful. In Branson there are many vacation homes to choose from but you can’t beat the hospitality and care provided by Tyann, Nat and team. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

The house works very well for a large group & Nat responded immediately to any questions we had.

We love to take our kids & grandkids to Table Rock lake in the summer. Out of the Blue is perfectly equipped & laid out for a large group Nat was an amazing agent - worked with us through changes & responded immediately to any questions we had both prior to & during our stay. We plan to return next year!

Beautiful home

We had our children and grandchildren for a summer vacation in Branson. There was a lot of space for all of us and everyone had their own bedroom with tv and bathroom. Kids enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

Peaceful place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Great place to stay if you want to be close to SDC and not far to get groceries. Loved spending time on the decks. Beds were comfortable and really liked having two dishwashers. The theater area, hot tub and pool table were a fun part of our stay.

Wonderful

Large house, lots of room, so much fun! Really enjoyed using outdoor griddle and barbecue grill and hot tub.! Fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of seating. Close to Silverdollar city and only a little further to Branson. Beautiful view of lake. Could use dressers with drawers to put away clothing and other items. We had a great family time with two adult children and spouses and seven grandchildren!

Beautiful views, plenty of room and CLOSE TO SILVER DOLLAR CITY

We had the best time at “Out of the Blue!” We appreciated the big fully-stocked kitchen with lots of counter space, giant dining room table, beautiful views from Both decks, and the amount of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We also loved the pool and water slide at the neighborhood club house. It’s such a great house and we would definitely book again with Branson Family Retreats!

Perfect place for our family of 10.

The location for silver dollar city was perfect. The two washers and dryers and 2 dishwashers really made life easier for our family of 10. Loved having all the en suite bathrooms with 6 bedrooms. Hot tub, grill and griddle were great outside amenities. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels. We were thankful for the other extras that were provided like detergent, paper towels, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Great family vacation

This house and the layout was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 5 children all under 10 years old. The location was conveniently located for runs to Walmart, lake days on the boat, Silver Dollar City, and the strip. The indoor and outdoor community pools weren’t the cleanest and the slide was not open, but we spent most of our time out doing other activities so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had an awesome time at Table Rock.

Perfect place for our big family

Beautiful and huge house! Perfect for our extended family vacation with 7 adults and 4 teens. We stayed Mon-Fri. Especially loved that each space had its own bathroom. Beautiful views from the decks and super convenient to SDC or lake fun. We had a maintenance issue the first day but the team was super quick to fix it and brought us some delicious donuts on top of that. Great team - great house - definitely recommend!

Amazing home, great location, beautiful views

Our extended family rented Out of the Blue for the long Labor Day weekend. This is our favorite Branson location by far! It’s super close to Silver Dollar City which was great after a long day at the park. The large porches on both levels had beautiful views of Table Rock lake. We had plenty of space to spread out. It was the perfect number of bedrooms for a large group and the large dining table meant we could all eat together. We look forward to returning and enjoy more family get togethers at Out of the Blue!

Wonderful family vacation at Out of The Blue!!!

Out of the Blue was the perfect space for our family (14 of us) … great accommodations with nice living space to gather to play games, enjoy the theater seating on upstairs level, and outdoor area on each covered deck with fireplace and hot tub on upper level. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable with private bathrooms. Spacious kitchen and set up for preparing and enjoying meals together ( great supply of dishes and glassware as well as two dishwashers and a refrigerator on each level was huge help!) Location was great and easy access to area attractions . The team from Branson Family Retreat were also very helpful in coordinating some of our adventures and assisting in group ticket purchases. Definite 5 plus star rating!!! We will be booking this again!!!

Our family destination Christmas at Out of the Blue was superb!

Out of the Blue provided everything needed for our 5-day rental with 14 family members (includes 1 dog). Nat and Tarynn sent a complete digital guide about the house and Branson prior to our arrival and remained extremely responsive to any questions during our stay. They even contacted us to offer an extra night at a generous discount so we could avoid traveling in the 2022 extreme cold (and snow and wind)storm, which we gladly accepted. They whole family (age 7 to senior) enjoyed the ability to gather together for meals, games and movies while still having space for alone time when wanted. The home was even decorated for Christmas! The accommodations exceeded our expectations and we would definitely rent Out of the Blue should we return to Branson when the weather permits full enjoyment of all the area has to offer.

Perfect home for our adult getaway!

5 siblings plus spouses and our Mom. When we planned this trip we wanted comfort. No sleeper sofas, no blow up mattress, not bunk beds. When I reached out to Branson Family Retreat, they had several different properties to choose from. We chose “Out of the Blue” and it was exactly what we needed. Our home was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We each had our own room with an extremely comfortable bed and each room had its own bathroom. When you are sharing space with others, it’s nice to have privacy and this place provided that. The “common spaces” such as the living room, dining area, and both balconies were spacious enough for all of us to be together with plenty of seating. Everything we could have needed in the kitchen was provided, and it was nice having 2 dishwashers. There was a refrigerator on both levels which made it nice for the ones upstairs so they didn’t need to run up and down the stairs while enjoying the upper floor. The location was a short and easy drive to all of the locations that Branson has to offer. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our stay. All 11 said it was perfect. We will definitely reach out to Nat and Tyann the next time we are looking for a place to stay. On a scale of 1-10, we give them a 20! Thanks Branson Family Retreats for making this past week a memorable family vacation!

MEA Break Family of Six

We booked a last minute trip to Branson, looking for a house that had a good combo of space, luxury, and amenities. Out of the Blue did not disappoint. The beds were comparable to a high end hotel with clean sheets, great mattresses, and the best pillows I've slept on in a long time. The kids, ages 7, 8, 10, and 12, had plenty of space and spefically enjoyed the theater chairs upstairs. The house and its 2 grand decks provided great views of table rock lake. There was a small grocery store 2 min away for supplies as well as pizza, sandwiches, and pasta available for delivery. It was less than 10 miles from all of the action of Branson which was convenient. It was our first trip to Branson and, after staying there, my opinion is it was the perfect location, close enough to make trips short but far enough away to avoid the crazy traffic of the town. If your plan is to go to silver dollar city, the house is located on the side with less traffic. We noticed a lot of traffic coming into the area that would not have been dealt with had we decided to go there. To address the construction down the hill, it didn't bother us a bit. The crews were wrapped up by the time we got back from day trips to the hiking trails, caves, and towns nearby. All in all, great experience, 5 stars all the way!

Lake views

Great cabin. Lots of space. We had 2 big families and there was probably room for 3 big families. Beds were comfortable and every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Wonderful House!

This house is new and it shows! The beds are all so comfy and each bedroom has its own bath with is so nice! We were all able to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to feed a large group. The view of the lake from the decks and hot tub are breath-taking. We enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and a glass of wine for the sunsets. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the big TV in the media room is perfect for movie night! The location and proximity to Silver Dollar City is perfect! You completely miss the traffic! This house exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful View! Lovely decor! Family Time! We will always remember our visit.

Out of the Blue was the perfect family getaway for us. It is located very near Silver Dollar City and several nature attractions. The views were spectacular and the interior decor was fresh and upbeat. Each room was decorated in a theme with ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed the personal space that gave us. The common areas such as the kitchen/living room and the game room/theatre were large enough to handle the possible maximum of 18 people. Or, it can work equally well for groups the size of ours, 8 with 1 pet. We all enjoyed having the family dog with us, and she liked walking the outside trails. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having the two dishwashers side by side. It made clean-up a breeze. There was plenty of counter work space for family-style meals, so everyone could share in the preparation. Sitting down for a meal at that large table was a family bonding event. There were so many activities to enjoy: billiards, theatre, board games, hot tub, outdoor grill, seating areas inside and outside plus TV's in every room. Having Silver Dollar City so close was a real win for everyone. We used Out of the Blue as a family getaway, but I can see it being used for reunions and any other large gathering. Thank you for the care and attention to detail that you gave to its design. It is designed for comfort and fun at every age level! We enjoyed our visit, and we will be back often.

Couldn’t be any better for family vacay!!!

This house will fit anybody’s needs. It has it all, really like the theater room and hot tub!! Nice having a full bath for every bedroom. The super large kitchen is great for the whole family to dine together. The outside decks have great views of the lake and outdoor fireplace is nice on cooler evenings. SDC is close so no long drive to get there. Fully equipped kitchen and nice having 2 dishwashers, along with having a second refrigerator on second level. Can’t wait to go back!!!
