Excellent accommodations for large family groups. Plenty of bathrooms and areas to congregate in. Only suggestion would be to get more comfortable seating. Couches, chairs and swivel seating was all lacking in comfort but floor plan was ideal for hosting multiple families.

Host was very helpful. The home was tastefullly decorated and perfect for our famiy get together. So many bathrooms. The beds were very comfy. The deck furniture was comfortable and perfect for watching the view of the lake. We enjoyed playing games around the massive dining table. Everything was very clean except I would have cleaned the pendant lights above island and the stairway carpet. Also get rid of the rug under the first floor bedroom. It’s had its day. Also there was no potholders or instructions for the tvs.

This property was perfect for our family of 11! The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. We all had plenty of space and everyone having their own room and bathroom was plus when it came to getting ready. This property was in a perfect location and only a few minutes away from all the action that Branson as to offer. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Family Vacation

My wife, kids, and I, as well as both of our parents and my sister-in-law's family, rented this home for our Branson getaway. The location is excellent. Less than a 10-minute easy drive to The Landing. Check-in was super simple, and everything was sent to our phone before arrival. The house sits directly on the lake, with the boat dock access ramp right out the back door. The communal pool is just a short walk away. The other two houses share the same, fenced-in backyard and access gate to the boat dock and swimming pool. Each bedroom comes equipped with comfortable bedding and a full bathroom as well. We did have a storm pop up one evening, knocking out power for a few hours. The owners were quick to communicate with us and continued to check in with us throughout the event. They had staff on site the next morning, checking for damages and making repairs (the storm ripped off the hot tub cover).

Nice house

Communication to gain access was lacking. Never received a email with code or information to enter the property, luckily I had requested a phone number for contact prior to leaving for our trip and even then they were hesitant to give me the code over the phone. Locating the property was a challenge, there’s no sign to know where to turn onto the property & we arrived after dark so even more difficult. The location was close to Branson Landing. The house was nice and spacious, view of the lake, nice large kitchen table however we were unable to cook bc as soon as we turned the oven on, could be bc of chemicals used to clean it or possibly bc its newer and not used, the fire/CO2 alarms went off. Calling for maintenance was pointless bc they were clueless as to how to fix or what to do. Our sink was clogged and garbage disposable was jammed. My FIL was able to fix those, Liked the king comfy beds & on suite bathrooms. The living room furniture could have been a better selection. No tubs so difficult to bathe the smaller children in our group. The floors/rugs could have been cleaned better, as they had hair/pet hair so our crawling infant was covered with hair on clothing and body. The outdoor patio upstairs was nice however bc of cold temps we didn't get to enjoy much of outside, we didn't get to use the hot tub or grill. Ended up leaving a few days early due to lack of places open since it was off-season time, didn't know this prior to booking..our bad.

Great location

We had a family reunion there. The house was perfect. Very clean and neat. Loved the 5 bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom! We used the pool and enjoyed both the upper deck and the main floor patio. Close to Bransons activities and restaurants it far enough away for privacy and peace and quite. We all really enjoyed the views of the lake and woods. Great home!!
