Shortly after checking in my room key wouldnt work, had to go get it re-keyed. Found out i was checked into somebody elses room. Got to room, refridgerator didnt work, throughout the night the air conditioner thermostat would auto change back to 71 degrees, wake up burning up. The room was clean and quiet though. Feel like it was way over-priced for what i got.

The hotel is nice. The room is large and well appointed. Staff was friendly. Parking is incredibly inconvenient. You have to park and walk a solid half mile to get to your room. It is close to the railway, historic downtown and many other restaurants and shopping.

Thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience. We are sorry you found the parking inconvenient. as that is our only option is the city garage. We do offer valet services as well for a fee. We hope you will consider us sometime in the future!

The property was nice. It would have been a lot better if they had a separate floor for their customers that were not with the school. When you pay over $200 for the room you would at least like to enjoy it and get some sleep. Instead we had to deal with the chaperones and the kids all hanging out in the hallway. It was very upsetting. And we told the girl at the desk and she said they were told not to do that. But guess what they didn’t listen. So it was a very bad experience.

We have shared your comments with our management team and they are meeting with the coordinators of this group to improve in this area. They do purchase most of both of our hotels for the event but we do not wish their attendance to negatively impact our other guests. Thank you, and again, you have our apologies. Grateful for the valet service. Great location for convention center access. The room was just so dirty, especially the bathroom, we almost couldn’t stand to stay there. But it was fully booked & our team hotel. They are skating by with a great location—if you must have clean, go somewhere else.

When I checked in, I had paid for a King Room and they told me you (Expedia) oversold and accused's me of booking just a few days ago, not so. It was a horrible experience It was more an Econo Lodge room than the Hilton Branson. So disappointing.

We were forced to take the handicap accessible room with no room to negotiate simply because the reservation was made through Expedia. No housekeeping service was available unless you ask for it. The thermostat in the room was ineffective since the room was cold. When requested for blanket, it took the staff to deliver after 2 hours. We "pre-paid" for the breakfast ($55) but were treated as if we had a "free" voucher and were asked to eat from the buffet and we couldn't order from the breakfast menu. Very disappointed with the experience.

We are so sorry to hear of your disappointment and appreciate your feedback. The booking through expedia that you made was for an accessible room- If you do not need an accessible room it is best not to book that room type so the hotel is aware as the occupancy runs very high and there may be limited options. The breakfast included package is for the buffet it is not for in room dining and or for ordering off the menu that is what is included when you purchase that option. We will ensure we follow up with the team regarding the blanket and thermostat so we may improve for future guests. Again, we are sorry you were unhappy and hope you consider us again sometime in the future so we may work to improve your perception.

It was amazing!! This hotel I have to say was the best I have stayed in. The staff was so nice and always on point and at any hour. I will always pick this horse from now on.

Five Stars!!
This is the second time that we have stayed at the Hilton convention center in Branson, Missouri. It has been amazing each time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend! We are locals that like to do a staycation.

Hotel, hotel staff and stay was good as usual, we are big fans of Hilton properties. The only issue we had was after checking out we headed to parking garage through the hotel (catwalk connecting the two) we passed a police officer and several employees apparently handling a problem at the hotel, not yet knowing what it was. A few minutes later my wife, kids and I witness a body in the street apparently from someone that jumped from the top of the parking garage. Although it was a unique situation I feel like the hotel should’ve closed the catwalk or used their valet drivers to retrieve our vehicle so we could’ve avoided the disturbing sight of the body. To say the least it was a somber ride home, prayers for the person and their family.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We were there at a quiet time of year…it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The location is great…within walking distance to Branson Landing and unique downtown shops. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we think could be improved is the bed. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was great. This was our second year to stay here.
