Family Vacation

What an amazing trip!! This beautiful house in the woods topped it off! The host family was available from the start letting us know the house was ready for us and just how to access the house. Everything was clean and ready for us! We were a party of 9 plus I dog and the house more than accommodated all of us. There were grocery stores near by and plenty of restaurants and gas stations. I would definitely recommend this amazing home!

Property was just the right size for the 12 adults and 2 children. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood but only a few minutes drive to whatever we wanted to do. My only complaint is I'm 84 and there were no grabrails in the shower. Other than that, we had a great time.

Fun little getaway, close to attractions

The place was clean and well-stocked! The host was very responsive, when we had issues with the hot tub and got it working again quickly! We enjoyed the pool table and the views are gorgeous! Thank you!

Fantastic home for a Branson Family vacation!

Loved our stay at this home. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family. Great location. Very easy to get to the strip and downtown Branson. Great view of the Lake. Hot tub and the downstairs with a pool table provided a lot of entertainment. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we come to Branson.

Beautiful house and perfect location

The house was so beautiful and so much room!! Even the area around the house, it made you feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere but also you’re so close to everything. Highly recommend, especially for big families. Tons of room to spread out and relax.

Family vacation

Big house and accompanied our family well. Needs to be deep cleaned, dust was pretty bad, especially on the curtains and showers had mold. Bath tub on main floor was clogged. Not enough towels. Kitchen stovetop didn’t work well. Dishwasher trays would fall off when pulled out. Deck was covered in leaves and dust and the chair pads were soaked and full of leaves. Only a small kitchen broom was provided to clean off the deck so we could enjoy. Not adequate seating in the main floor living area for 6 adults. We made the best of it

A wonderful hilltop resort, perfect for families

One of the nicest and most interesting homes we have enjoyed, space for everyone, beautiful setting in a hilltop treed nature scene, quiet and overlooking Table Rock lake, our teen kids loved this house and want to return for every spring break. The owners are so kind and helpful with any question that may come up. Thank you!

Perfect for big family

We enjoyed the home, which was for a combination of 3 families. The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We cooked a few meals there, and there were plenty of utensils for cooking. We loved the pool table and the hot tub. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and lake. Close to Branson activities without being in a crowded area.

Great location outdated house

Location was great but issues with floors being very dirty and carpet old and stained uncomfortable furniture not good for large families hard to sit and tvs small. Furniture was a throwback to the 70’s and very uncomfortable in both the game room and the living room. Hot water was an issue no matter how showers were done if you were the first of the morning it started off hot but only for a few minutes then went ice cold and yes it was communicated and they sent someone to turn up the hot water heaters but that did little seemed like the hot water heaters were either very small or very old. Unable to use the hot tub the wiring burnt and had to unplug it received no feedback for this issue also the dryer went out while drying a load of clothes so they soured had a maintenance man come by but he couldn’t fix it so no dryer for the duration of the stay which was seven days. Informed tha appliance repairman would be coming on the day we checked out. We had been excited to book this house due to the size and number of bed and bathrooms that would accommodate a family of 10 but would not recommend this lhome unless improvements were made. Looks like the only updates to this home was a slap of paint and a nice shower down in the game room. It was the nicest room in the house Definately shows better I. The pictures than in reality

Christmas in Branson

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked that the teens had their own space downstairs to hang out while the little kids had their space upstairs. Great location with easy access to Silver Dollar City and Downtown. Parking may be a little tight if you have more than 3 cars but there is room to shuffle cars as needed. Very quiet location. The property was well kept and clean. We did not experience any of the ‘damp’ smells others reported. And yes some of the light switches are in unexpected places but we figured it out in the first 10 minutes, so no biggie there. Would stay again. Thanks for letting us use your place!

Amazing

The view was great. Got lost of amazing sunset picture's on the front walk way. Everyone had their own room. Had lots of space for the whole family. We will be staying here again.

Branson House

The host was very responsive! Great location and saw a lot of deer each day. Nice views from the deck, front porch and master bedroom. Plenty of room for all our family. We really enjoyed the hot tub.

Everything you need!

Great property nestled in trees away from the hustle and bustle of Branson. But close enough to enjoy the city. The house has everything you would ever need to accommodate a large group. I was impressed with the supplies in the kitchen that were sufficient to prepare food for a large crowd.

great location with hot tub and pool table; great potential

i read reviews before booking our vacations. i'm struggling with this one as i don't want to affect others; however, i would have liked to know a few things to temper our expectations of the property. overall, great home with lots of potential. we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table (2 of our must haves). both were great; AC worked great! kitchen well stocked. Items to note: 1) in reviewing the listing, it states there is a queen bed on the first floor with full bath; lists another queen bed on the first floor with full bath. both of our kids had gotten married recently so thought it was perfect that they would each have their own bathrm. that was not the case; these two queen bedrms actually share a full bath. nothing critical, they shared fine but just not what we thought we were getting. 2) there were alot of bugs in the home; several different types of bugs; i mentioned it to the manager and she said it had been sprayed two weeks prior. 3) the house is very outdated. again, not a deal breaker but run down and things not working and tired. bed sheets on the king were all balled and very worn. sofas in living room are uncomfortable and looking very tired. lots of light bulbs out in the living rm which they tried to replace while we were there. manager was responsive and willing to fix items. if we hadn't paid so much, it would have been fine but in our opinion, not worth the money we paid. we have stayed for alot less with better accommodations.

A house with the perfect view

The owners were wonderful they always checked on us to see if we needed anything. The house is gorgeous with the perfect view! This is by far one of my favorite houses I have ever stayed at! It’s 100% worth it!
