The house was filled with lots of activities and the weather was absolutely beautiful so we spent a lot of time on the courts across the street (bring your own supplies for those). We had a couple issues during the trip, but the host and his team helped us navigate them very quickly and allowed us to throughly enjoy our stay. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of things. There are four fridge options throughout the property, which was very helpful! The most notible surprise was how sound proof the rooms, it was marvelous! Everyone had a fantastic time and mentioned how perfect the place was! Thanks Adam and crew!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The house accommodated our family of 22 perfectly! The two long dining tables with plenty of seating, the double ovens and dishwashers, fully equipped kitchen, island and even a high chair made it easy to feed everyone. The kids were thrilled with the basketball court, swimming pool, the large Connect 4 game, and the playground. The bedrooms with attached bathrooms made it all very comfortable. Great place for a large family gathering!

Used for a team trip and it was a great experience. Listing was accurate and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be there was not enough paper towels/toilet paper for a longer stay with a larger group so just come prepared if needed.

Our host, Adam, was absolutely wonderful and very fast in replying each time. This home is so spacious and easily accomdated our big family of 18 (11 adults and 7 children on this trip) and yet be able to have their own space. beautiful lake view! Great place to make memories! Kids playground just a few mins walk across street, cozy warm electric fireplace, big family sized tables and benches along with a big island, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves and 2 refigerators, plenty of dishes, bakeware, silverware, utensils, spices and seasonings, made it easy to cook together and sit together for meals and easy clean up afterwards. Firepit table on bottom level was nice. Toys in closet and baskets for kids, including basketball for the basketball court right across from home. Not far from Sight and Sound theater.

Beautifully decorated and very clean! The host was VERY accessible and helpful through the whole process of renting, and during our stay. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone for a nice Branson visit!!

This property worked great to host our church's annual ministry staff retreat. Plenty of comfortable beds for our staff of 14, lots of food and fellowship room, and room to hold some meetings, etc. Pickleball and other amenities were a hit as well. Can't beat the off-season price that we got as well. Truly turn key.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. The house is very pretty and comfy. A lot of games and options to entertain people different range of age. Between the inside and the outside pool, the basketball and the pickleball court all the young people were busy and happy. The adults enjoyed eating and drinking in the main floor. The sun in the deck kept us happy and busy. The video games and the movies nights make our family together. Very nice kitchen with 2 stoves was very useful during the cooking time. The location was great. Walmart is very close and the Down Town wasn’t very far. Highly recommended place for big reunions. Clean and very nice. Almost every room had a private bathroom, rooms clean and spacious. Exactly as the pictures.

Nice stay at a location close to everything

-Great Location: Close proximity to the marina, attractions, and grocery stores. Average time to attractions was 20mins. Parking across the house did get crowded when nearby houses were rented. Had to park down a few of our cars down the street.-Size: Perfect for our family vacation, elders on first floor, little kids upstairs, and teens in the basement. Enough beds to sleep 30.-Amenities: very close to the community center with a pool, playground, pickleball, bball courts. We visited this almost everyday and stayed until lights turned off around 11:30pm. Lots of games (loved just dance with the fam), pool, shuffle board, ping pong, etc. Some of these things were worn down but that's expected with a lot of reservations. -Did not know this until a couple days in but there are two extra fridges (one small in the basement and another in the garage across the house). -Only annoying thing was the house floors were dirty (soles on socks turned brown) when we arrived. We understand things like this can happen on quick turnarounds, so no big deal. We were able to sweep/mop and clean it. Apart from that, the property was very clean. No signs of bugs inside the house.Overall, 5 stars and would stay again.

Branson Reunion

We always enjoy ourselves when we get together as a family. And we appreciate the opportunity to have a house that was large enough for us all to fit in. However, if you have any interest in this property, we would recommend that you go and inspect it. The pool table was not usable and all of the other sporting equipment was broken. Whoever used the shuffleboard table before us left the sand all over the floor. And there was no sand in the container for us to use it. The grills were so filthy, We spent an hour cleaning them before we could even use them. Some bath Cabinets are broken. We had trouble with the hot tub, then figured out half the just didn’t work. The mouse running around downstairs did give the kids quite a bit of excitement. The spider that dropped from the ceiling into our French onion dip was not appetizing at all. About a third of the pots and pans should be replaced. It would be quite considerate to consider adding more dish towels and wash rags to the kitchen.Most of all, we appreciate your working with us through our trip.

Beautiful location , but indoor experience fell short

We recently stayed at this property with our family and were truly impressed by the location and breathtaking views. It's a beautiful spot with great potential for a memorable getaway.Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was rainy and cold, which meant we had to spend most of our time indoors. That’s where we ran into some issues with the indoor amenities. The game consoles were not functioning, and the pool table pockets were broken, making it difficult to keep the kids and teens entertained. We also had issues with the indoor pool. The chlorine fumes were so strong that we couldn’t comfortably stay in the pool area. Coffee maker was small, one cup, and for a big group, not practical. The fridge in the smaller size as well.Also, the place could’ve been a lot cleaner. We found Doritos crumbs and a baby sock on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, as well as spiderwebs in some open areas and bathrooms. The lamps above the kitchen island were also noticeably dirty, which suggested the cleaning crew may not be thorough.This property has a lot of potential and could be a wonderful stay, especially in better weather. However, attention to indoor maintenance and cleanliness would make a big difference, especially for families who may end up spending more time inside.

Our stay!!

We came to stay for a women’s get away retreat. We appreciated the helpfulness of staff and all the space to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen and hot tub were a huge favorite as gathering spaces. We loved our time together and would recommend this space:)
