Great all the way around

The house is a great layout and located right across from the Pool, Basketball, and Pickleball which was perfect since we had 6 kids on our trip! Very close to all the Branson attractions. Great view!

GREAT!!

Great location & kids loved the access to the pool & basketball hoops! The arcade’s & karaoke machine was a big hit!! Us adults enjoyed the privacy the hot tub gave us, not right on top of the neighbors! The kids ate their breakfast out on the deck enjoying the views, with were awesome! Great communication when the wind storm came through & I had to call in & report damage it did. They were wonderful to deal with! We couldn’t ask for a better place & company to rent from! As soon as we get schedule for next year’s spring break for us, I will be calling to reserve Lake Craze again!! Thanks for everything!!!

LakeCraze is Awesome!

We loved this unit, the location and all the amenities. It was right across from the pickle ball courts, pool, playground and basketball court. The weather was perfect for using the hot tub and the fire pit! We also had a lot of fun with the pinball machine, other games and especially the karaoke machine. The communication with the property manager was excellent! We will definitely be back in the future!

Great Place to stay

This place worked perfect for what we were wanting. We had a basketball hoop, Pickle Ball court, and a pool all right across from our condo. We didn't have access to a dock to swim & fish, but it was great for the kids in a different way. We would definitely go back!

Great location

This property was just as described and it accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. We have 4 teenagers and they all had their own space. Entertainment (games, arcade, pinball) were perfect to use between activities. Views off back balcony were spectacular and we could see table rock lake and even the Branson Belle crossing each night. Pool, basketball court, and pickle ball court were right across from us. And hot tub was perfect for end of the day. Entire family loved the nugget ice maker. Overall we really loved this place and highly recommend it.

Beautiful house and beautiful area

This house was wonderful. Beautiful inside and an awesome view of Table Rock Lake. Each bedroom has plenty of space and the the common areas allowed us to spread out. Location was conveniently close to everything we did in Branson. No more than 15 mins from anything. I would try to stay at this home again, or at a minimum, one of the other homes in the neighborhood.

Great property, beautiful decor just steps from pool!!

Our stay was wonderful!! we were so close to the pool/playground that our kids were able to go to the pool and back all the time!! Everything was beautiful and clean. My only complaint is that the Pinball Machine was not working. After evaluating SEVERAL properties the pinball machine was one of the things I considered since we had kids with us. Other than that we had a Fantastic time!!!

Internet Challenges; Broken Coffee Maker; and tricky Hot Tub

The television on the main floor common area and master bedroom did not work. Despite multiple attempts to connect using multiple networks and passwords, we were never successful. Point person was somewhat responsive via text message, in attempting to assist us but it was never resolved. We did not come to watch tv but in the evenings it would have been nice to watch Wimbledon and soccer as a family. When we got there, we saw that there was a traditional coffee maker so bought grounds at the store. But it did not work. We found another coffee maker under the cabinets but it did not work either. The hot tub was tricky to work and there were not any instructions.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view. Great updates house with plenty of space. Located directly across from the basketball court and swimming pools. We loved the crushed ice machine. Kids loved the karaoke machine. We had a hard time getting the TVs to work. The drain plugs were not installed correctly so we had to pull most bathroom sink plugs out. Coffee ms home was not brewing properly. I requested an early in 3 times with the response of “check back closer to check in time”. We arrived 30 mins early. The door code did not work. We requested a late check out of noon 4 times. The management company did not respond until 1 hour before check out time. They only offered 1 hour for a late check out of 11am. I have rented several properties through VRBO and have had little to no problems. However, this is the first time dealing with a property management company, rather than the direct owner. My experience was not as pleasant with the management company. I will be booking through a direct owner in the future. The amount of money I paid to rent the house was far too high for the type of customer service that was provided.

Great house and neighborhood

We had a great time at the house and the check in/out instructions were very thorough and clear. The listing for the bunk bed room is confusing as it says bunk beds (2). We assumed that meant two sets of bunk beds! There is only one set of bunk beds FYI. The pool and play ground are very close, just a walk across the street! The information for the wifi wasn’t accurate in the house binder but the property manager was very quick with getting us the correct information. Overall great place! The outdoor space is very nice and the fence is great if you have little kids!

Great location

Great house with nice layout. Hot tub was clutch and used every night. Pool literally across the street with basketball court and tennis court. Great views. Close to the beach and SDC.
