We have stayed at at Cliffs resorts and were very happy. This resort was right next to it in the same area, so we thought it would be comparable as the prices were basically the same. When we arrived, all of the parking spots were taken in front of our building. We had to search for a spot and park quite some distance away from our building and haul all of our luggage quite some distance, Once we got into our unit, we realized that many of the lightbulbs were burnt out. Also, many of the outlets did not work correctly and our phones didn’t charge overnight.
There was a chair that I sat in that literally fell apart when I sat down.
We also had to have someone bring us bedding for the pull out sofa, because there was none available. It took over an hour to get it, and it was fairly late at night so needless to say this was very frustrating. The shower knob did not work well, and the water pressure was terrible. We did not get enough towels, and when I called asked for more towels, I was told to wash the ones they gave us. Upon leaving we were told to put all of our towels into the washing machine and wash them. I’m assuming that we were getting them ready for the next guests which means they do not bleach their towels in between guests. Yuck!
Overall, the place was a big let down, and we will not be staying there again.
