The house itself was nice and comfortable. Ample space for my family of 6. There were several things we were very disappointed in. The kitchen was extremely minimally stocked. We had to flip our bacon with bbq tongs. No Keurig. Had to wash the frying pans prior to use….there was residual food from prior usage. Virtually no hangers… bring your own from home. Ice maker was not working. We called the management company to clean off the patio. It was buried with leaves. Scarce dinnerware. No corkscrew. Nothing to clean dishes with. No clocks. We messaged the management company regarding the ill-equipped kitchen. They never responded to my message.

The location of the property was excellent! We were there for the weekend of December 13, 2025. The loation to everything we wanted to do was wonderful. We were able to avoid traffic many times by using the "yellow route" which would take us off the strip and to our house. The house was clean and perfect for our stay.

This place was perfect! It had a master on the main level for my in laws, so they didn't have to do the stairs. The upstairs had a perfect room for kiddos with bunkbeds and play area. The other bedroom upstairs was nice and spacious. Each bedroom had a TV Too. The main living room area was perfect for family time, playing games and watching movies. I really enjoyed this place and it was close to everything. Thanks!

Close to nearby attractions and nice infratructure. Only two issues during stay: Rooms had unwashed bedding on floor (clearly from last guests) and indoor pool was not nearby. Other than that, no complaints.

Gate code was not provided when we were checked in, property had extensive mold in hvac system and visible on the ceiling. Reported mold with pictures via text without a response, after approximately 3 hours, 11am I called them and they said they would send someone to check it. We saw a maintenance person (did not work for Thousand Hills) that did exterior repairs for the neighborhood association, he checked the moldy areas and confirmed it was mold and we’re still told to wait for their maintenance person. That guy arrived took pictures and and said he would go to the office. I called Thousand Hills and were informed that “no one said there was mold” in a very rude manner. A new unit was offered but is was a little run down and black stuff was all over the vents. I called them and spoke to the supervisor who offered us a premium cabin. Cabin was very nice.

Family getaway

This property was great for our family getaway. We came during the spring so of course it rained. But the sunporch wasn’t cleaned off from the leaves and it flooded pretty badly. And the dryer didn’t dry very efficiently due to lint buildup in the vent. Other than that…the location was great and close to all the attractions which was a major plus.

Great short trip get away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Vrbo townhouse in Branson, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely ideal—just a short drive away from all the main attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that allows for a relaxing getaway. The townhouse itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. With ample room to spread out, everyone felt right at home. The layout was well thought out, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. One of the standout features was the nostalgic Gyrus arcade game from the 1980s! It brought back so many fond memories and provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults alike. It’s not every day you find a rental that includes such a special touch. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication was prompt, and they provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. Overall, if you’re looking for a lovely place to stay in Branson that is conveniently located, spacious, and full of fun surprises, this Verbo townhouse is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing location and nice layout

This would have been a 5 star if the sheets were actually changed and the place was cleaned. Luckily we have learned to bring our own blankets and extra towels. Spiders are normal but let’s just say they once I was bit from one being in the hand towel and then one of the other bathrooms had one we washed them all and had no further issues. Overall this is an amazing location! They just need to hire a good cleaner.

Disappointed

Our week in Branson was one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Our first 24 hours at the condo we had no air conditioning. When I contacted the club house I was upset because it was 85 degrees inside our condo I was hung up on 3 different times by their staff. All they offered for the inconvenience was free show tickets instead of maybe extra fans or even a portable AC unit until the AC could be fixed. I asked to be moved to a different condo and was told we couldn't be moved because they were sold out. It was apparent that no one had stayed at this rental in quite some time. We had to have maintenance come to our unit on 3 different occasions because the blow dryer in the master bath wouldn't work, there were light bulbs out on the kitchen stove as well as the coach lights on the outside of the unit, and the toilet in the master bathroom had to be repaired because a piece broke inside the tank and we couldn't flush the toilet. The description also said there was a large gas grill at the unit for grilling. When we went out to use it the inside of the grill was completely rusted out with holes in the bottom of it and 2 of the knobs on the front of it had been melted. There was also a gas leak in the tank on the grill. The condo was clean and decorated nicely, but it would have been nice not to have to waste almost 2 days with all of these problems.

Great place to stay!

The neighborhood and location was perfect for our end of summer get away. The location was ideal and the property was just as it was listed! Great check in procedure and having a garage was definitely a huge plus! I would recommend this place and hopefully be able to stay again!!

The pictures were misleading. There was furniture missing in the living room and what's there needs to be replaced. The Upstairs bedroom had bunk beds instead of a queen. The king mattress downstairs needs to be replaced. There was not a dresser downstairs or anywhere to sit in the master bedroom downstairs. The floor in the master bath downstairs needs to be fixed.

Branson weekend

We've stayed at this property before, which is why we booked again. The first time was fantastic, this latest stay was okay. I noticed that the cleaning wasn't as good, there was stuff on the floor just under the furniture, it could have used a good sweeping. The furniture is getting worn there was a rip in the arm of the recliner and a metal piece sticking out on the back of the couch. The pictures show a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom that's to the left, however this time it had bunkbeds. Overall it was a good stay though.

Just Okay

The location was great, close to everything and the beds were very comfortable. However, the property was very poorly stocked. Multiple items in the kitchen were broken, there was one tiny cutting board, none of the knives were usable due to being super dull and cheap, dining room table chairs were unstable, furniture was pretty beat up overall. Over all the place could be amazing but it is poorly managed currently. We showed up and the thermostat didn't work, it was very cold. They did eventually fix this but no one responded in the VRBO app so we had to follow up with the office the next day. On day of checkout we had multiple people walk in on us before the checkout time saying "they were told we were checked out" when this was not the case and it was disruptive to our family traveling with an infant. It would have been okay if it happened once but it was several times and no one knocked they just walked right into the property. Needless to say we were a bit disappointed with this stay.
