1st time to Table Rock

The eight of us loved it! Great location! Spent a lot of time at the pool which was great. The kids as well as some of the adults loved the water slide.

Family gathering

This was an amazing property for our family gathering! The condo and other properties were VERY clean inside and out! We had a beautiful view and location! The layout of the condo was perfect with the open living space and plenty of seating. We were within walking distance of the pool, and a short distance from town. We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful view with wonderful outdoor deck, plenty of beds, close to many activities. Kitchen could use some improvements in silverware, and serving bowls. No storage containers. Traffic very congested at certain times of day

Great pool

We were in town for a baseball tournament. I’m 100% sure that I will never be back in Branson (many reasons), but this house was perfect for my extended family. I took off a star for cleanliness because there was a pile of used paper towels and popsicle wrappers I under one of the pillows on the sofa so the cleaning probably wasn’t super thorough. The property manager was wonderful though. Very attentive and pleasant to work with. Lake view was lovely.

Amazing view! Pictures don't do it justice!

The check in process and check out process for this property is incredibly stress free. The view of the lake is incredible and we ate on the deck every chance we could. There were a few drawbacks. We were looking forward to using the outside pool area, but it doesn't open until Memorial Day weekend. It would have been nice to know this up front. It did rain quite a bit, so it didn't turn out to be a big deal. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice and well maintained. If you like firm beds, this is the place for you. We could have used some pillow toppers as many of us have bad backs and the beds were just too firm. Most of the house was very clean. However, the chandelier in the main area has cobwebs all over the base of it. It is incredibly high up so not sure how a normal cleaning crew could get go it, but the cobwebs are very noticeable at night when the lights are on. In the master bedroom on the main level, at the entryway into the bathroom, there are small nails sticking out of the carpet as it transitions to the tile in the bathroom. There seems to have been a big storm that came through recently as there was siding missing on this property as well as many others in the complex. There was siding hanging pretty precariously from the roof of the clubhouse. Otherwise, kitchen was well stocked and the grill was clean and started right up. We also loved the closeness to the lake. We loved the fact that we had most of the resort to ourselves and it was quiet except for maintenence people getting the resort ready for Memorial Day weekend. We were looking for a few days away from people in general and this property definitely gave us the opportunity to be together as a family and create some lovely memories.

Oven was broken

When you spend weeks and thousands of dollars to go on spring break vacation with your family - and pay top-dollar prices for a place - and get there and the oven doesn't work - and of course when you report it no one can fix it until after you're gone - it just isn't acceptable. I don't know if the oven 'just broke' the day we got there? But there's no fixing a vacation that has been planned and gets jacked up by broken appliances. Very disappointing.

Beautiful Resort

We really enjoyed our time at Antlers. Our children had a blast at the pool and we all loved the gorgeous view of the lake from our building. Everything we needed was provided and both the unit and the grounds are really clean and well taken care of. We plan to visit again!
