The property was beautiful , but extremely close to the marinas on both sides so privacy was limited when outside on the doc or deck. No papertowels or extra toilet paper provided which seemed odd because they’re household essentials.

It was a beautiful home, well appointed and large enough for us all. We had a wide age range with our family and for the most part everyone was comfortable. One thing that should be addressed is the lack of air conditioning in the basement room. Also the bunk beds in the spare bedroom are extremely noisy when you move around in them so sleeping without disruption was a concern.We had 2 boats and we all appreciated the dock and used it extensively. However securing the boats was a challenge as there were insufficient cleats.The house was very clean and we felt very welcome and appreciated with all the little perks. Thank you.

Winery Get-away

Beautiful location and wonderful house. The first floor and second floor fit our needs perfectly. We did need to call for some help with TV and internet. Internet was resolved within an hour of our arrival. Maintenance arrived next day at 3 as we requested. Ben was great. He helped us with TV and minor lamp issue. It was a great time away for all of us.

Relaxing and Comfortable Home

Lovely home, with super comfortable beds, great location, and equipped house. We enjoyed the home immensely, as it was comfortable, had a fully equipped kitchen, provided linens and towels, and a most-excellent hottub! Great for large groups, but the basement sleeping area was a bit musty. The upper rooms were all excellent! The location is easy access to Penn Yan and convenient to marinas to rent a boat. While the listing says, "enjoy the water" and has images of a lily-free beach, the beach is full of water lilies and grasses so it is not possible to walk into the lake for swimming. This is not a good place to rent with young children expecting to go in the water! The end of the dock also has a swimming area, where the adults and older children swam, (there are tall water grasses there that touch your legs). If you don't care for grasses, it was also extremely easy to use the provided paddleboards and kayak to go out to the sandbar "(less than 5 minutes rowing) where it was grass-free and less than 3 feet deep. The backyard is fenced and flat, so we were able to play outdoor games like badminton, enjoyed using the grill on the front porch with the large outdoor table, and had a great evening around the waterfront firepit. Overall, a great location and home!

Great Stay for a Ladies Long Weekend

We had a group of 8 ladies that stayed here for a long weekend to visit the Finger Lakes area. The house was clean, located in a nice quiet neighborhood, and we loved the view from the living room and deck. There were a few minor things that need to be fixed but overall we were very pleased!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The house is great with large gathering spaces for eating, playing games and watching TV. It is also easy to have private time to read and nap on the large back porch or the many bedrooms. The gas grill, hot tub and fireplace on the dock make spending time enjoying the lake view really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be back again next year.

Nice stay but not perfect

Spacious and wonderful layout with great views. Overall good stay. House was not as clean as it should have been ( hot tub, dishes) for such a strict check in check out process and someone was at house until 430 upon checking in at 4. Pictures show a swimmable water front but it is not properly maintained and a huge disappointment for entire family that we could not swim or enter water off yard or dock due to an abundance of water weeds. Would never have booked if I knew we weren't able to enjoy the lake like we had planned.

Weekend birthday getaway

The interior of the house was great and clean. Everything was set and ready for us. The eating area overlooking the water had not been touched and we had to scrub it down pretty thoroughly. Unfortunately, one of the selling points for us was the fire pit which was in pieces at the end of the dock. The hot tub was huge for our evening hang out. The communication with the property manager was just ok. With all of that being said, we had a fantastic time. It was early in the season which may explain some of the issues. We would recommend this home to friends and will keep it in mind for our future plans.

Great stay

Very nice house perfect for a vacation. Hot tub was great, as was the gas fireplace on chilly evenings. Nice open first floor with modern kitchen stocked with everything you need. Located right on the water with great views.

Lovely Lake Getaway

Even with our own sign in we never could get the Roku to work so TV was sketchy at best. As clean and lovely as everything was, the dead bugs in the window blinds is off-putting! Cheap shades would be an improvement.

nice property and location. the heat did not work in many of the rooms. the fireplace only worked for 2 hours. could not get it to work any more. home was laid out well. could use one more bathroom for large groups.

Relaxing stay - Beautiful location and property

We have stayed at this property multiple times. Each time we have enjoyed the stay and the area. The property is well maintained and stocked for an enjoyable weekend. We were able to utilize the provided kayak and stand-up paddle boards to explore the lake and then jump in the hot tub to warm up. We would recommend this location to friends and we will stay here again in the future.

Great place for sibling reunion

We had a great week at the property. A couple of issues arose, communication was excellent and the problem addressed promptly. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Renting a boat from the marina next door, launching our kayaks from the private and using the house as a base for exploring wineries were super convenient.

Family Week on Keuka

The family aged 7 months to 73 years spent a fun week! We especially enjoyed the large dining table on the covered, lake side porch! The main downer was too much glass on the shore and in the water for swimming.

NIce location

We enjoyed our visit and having direct access to the lake was a plus since we brought our boat. The only thing I suggest is that they organize the kitchen items (especially cooking utensils in drawers) in the cabinets and have the cleaning staff dust the cob webs.

We Loved This Place!

First time staying in The Finger Lakes and we enjoyed it! Centrally located home that was very relaxing and quiet. We did get a bit of action from the small marinas beside us when the holiday weekend came, otherwise, very peaceful! We would stay again in a heartbeat!
