The place was comfortable and well stocked with towels, bedding and kitchen equipment. However, the water had a smell to it and I was not able to drink it. I also had an issue with the plumbing and was without a toilet for 3 days and had to try to find a plumber while I was at work and then report back to the owners multiple times which I thought was inappropriate. And when I found a septic cleaner who would come that night, the owners had a plumber come in to make sure the toilet wasn't just clogged (it wasn't -- I even bought a toilet auger to make sure). The plumber said the line was frozen and needed the septic cleaner to come. We called back and it was too late for him to come that night so I went another night without a functioning toilet. The owners were also more concerned that if the toilet was clogged that I would have to pay to fix it. The internet also went out one night; I informed the owners it was the router and wanted to know where it was so I could try to fix the issue myself. They told me that the internet goes in and out there and to wait. The next day it still wasn't working and they finally gave me the code to get into the other building where the router was while I was at work. They called Spectrum to come and fix it and I had to leave work early to be there to open the building. The only issue was a tripped outlet.
