My daughters and I needed a break from our hectic work/school schedules and were able to successfully recharge here. The house is beautiful and spacious enough for both family gatherings as well as individual privacy when needed. The wildlife is plentiful since it is somewhat secluded. We really appreciate how the owner was very responsive and communicative without being intrusive. We highly recommend!

We had family from out of state with us and it was the best weekend ever. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean and the only thing you need to bring is food! It was so peaceful and loved taking the paddle boat out on the private lake. Saw deer walking up the path from the lake. We missed seeing and listening to the loons, maybe next time. Pictures do not do this home justice! Host was very prompt on questions ahead of time and they made sure our stay was perfect. This was our second stay there and definitely will not be our last!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The peacefulness of the lake and the proximity to everything we love in Nisswa was perfect. There were a few issues, the dock was a bit more rustic than we were prepared for with children, some boards need attending to, but overall it was amazing!

What a wonderful stay!!!! We had such a wonderful time in Nisswa. The cabin is nice and secluded but still close to town. And it has anything and everything you would want for cooking-we made quite a few meals while there and it was a pleasure using the kitchen.

The Cabin and surrounding property was gorgeous. House was as described. Location is not within walking distance of restaurants but only a couple min drive to down town shops and food. Due to weather we were not able to do any water activities but host supplied all kinds of equipment!

Loved the amenities, fire pit, view, 3 season porch and proximity to Gull and Restaurants. Lake was very pretty to look at but more like a muddy pond, toys were fun for a bit but the novelty wore off. I definitely wouldn’t swim in the water even though it was clear. It was very shallow and lots of leaches. No fish to be found. Loved how secluded the cabin is. It had everything we needed. Beds could have been more comfortable especially the two twins put together as a king. The two bedrooms upstairs need blinds on the upper windows. So sunny in the morning and during an afternoon nap. Overall an enjoyable time was had by all!

We visited with our two young kids and grandparents—all loved the house! Beautiful home and it was clean when we arrived. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The location is secluded yet convenient-minutes from Bar Harbor and Zorbaz, Grandview and all its restaurants are a five minute drive, with Nisswa close by. The lake on the property is pretty but not swimmable for our group. This was not an issue though since there are many beaches close by. We liked Pelican and Whipple beaches. Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful kitchen and the screen porch was great at night when the bugs were thick. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable. We would second the recommendation from previous guests to put shades on the upstairs bedroom windows. We "sleep in" on vacation and are not early risers with the sun.

Booked this spot for a golf trip. Space was incredible for the whole group. Didn’t even get a chance to use all the amenities. Hosts were great. Communication was top notch. Will definitely keep on a very short list to repeat at. Thanks for the memories.

Beautiful views and relaxing setting for a weekend away with friends. Loved the kitchen and how fully equipped everything was. Fire pit was amazing! Only recommendation would be to add window coverings in the bedrooms. Sleeping in past sunrise was a bit difficult. Very satisfied and would stay again.

We stayed here for a guys golf weekend. We basically need a house to comfortably sleep 8 guys because most of our stay is on a golf course or out to eat. This house gave us exactly what we needed. Close to golf courses and restaurants. Everything was as described.
