"The accommodation, though clean, is very tired. The leatherette headboard was worn and needed replacing. The television reception was poor with no signal at times. The bathroom suite was old with mildew around the bath.
The restaurant and bar were comfortable and traditional. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem changing the chicken curry brought to the table for the vegetarian one I actually ordered! The new menu is not an improvement and we wouldn't eat in again. I...

"Ubicación cercana a la Universidad, un restaurante al lado, atentos, pero poco personal, y la limpieza de la habitación muy básica, no te cambian toallas y demás, es decir más estilo europeo que americano. Pero en general bastante aceptable!!
Hay servicio de restaurante , bar y TV !!"

There’s no transfer to the airport and if you need a taxi, good luck! And don’t ask at reception, no help at all"

"I stay here every two weeks for work and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It’s the perfect balance between hotel functionality and the warmth of a home in the heart of Leicester.
The best part: The peace and quiet for resting, the convenience of having my own kitchen, the location, and a team that always makes you feel welcome."

Some of staff didn’t know how to check us in
It’s a pub, and luckily we had booked for food… the pub was very food dominated and wouldn’t have felt comfortable just drinking… food was good and place lovely though"
