Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very private and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants by the water. Randy was very accommodating in all communications.

Our stay at Seahorse cottage near the river.

The property was cute and perfect size for us. There was an issue with the door lock and first night we were locked out for about an hour and a half…. Mostly because I had done something wrong but it took a long time and the help of a nice couple of young people who helped us reach Randy and eventually we got in. We had no experience with those key pads but there should have been a bright light near it so we could see! The cottage must have had water damage during the hurricane because the place smelled musty and I was worried about mold because of my allergies. All and all it was a really nice location and I would stay there again

Cozy Place Near River

We stayed at the Seahorse Cottage for 2 nights while visiting family. It suited us for the amount of time we were there. It is typical of "Old Bradenton" - small and quaint with period charm.PROS:Very clean.Nicely decorated.Quiet neighborhood.Very convenient to the riverfront, Riverwalk, and restaurants.Well suited for 2 people.Very good price.CONS:Low water pressure (but this might be the case for the entire neighborhood).Without natural sunlight, the lighting is rather dim.No dishwasher and a very small stove would not be amenable to making full meals. However, the refrigerator is newer and large.Great for 2 people but I can't really see it fitting 4 unless the other 2 were small children.Confusing checkout time - Vrbo and some info in the unit said 11am. Other info said 10am. Owner verified 10am.

Perfect Getaway!!!

This was the perfect spot for us. Close to everything in the Bradenton area. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts were great at communicating. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great.

The location is a short drive of 5-7 miles to the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. I brought 3 high school graduates and our stay was comfy. Would definitely stay again.

A Delightful Experience

We can’t find enough superlative words to describe our long term stay with Randy & Barb. They were so helpful & always a delight to visit with even though they are super busy. The accommodations were spotless & we had everything we needed in our one bedroom suite. The location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend this unit & plan to return.

The property was very well maintained. The host were very friendly and most accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. Direction of parking and location of the room are perfect. Our stay was very nice.

The perfect place to experience old Florida

The space is great. The neighborhood is perfection. If you like the old Florida vegetation, great old houses nearby, a stunning river walk, and fabulous sushi nearby then this is the place for you.

Perfect Florida cottage!

We loved the quiet and quaintness of the neighborhood. I walked to the water & then around the block to see such interesting charming Florida homes! The cottage is spacious with the most amazing square shower head! Thick, luxurious towels, too! So clean & tidy! We appreciated all the menus and brochures for restaurants and things to do. Nobody is more friendly than Randy! His easy outgoing personality added so much to our vacation stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first VRBO! We certainly recommend this! Don't pass this up!

The accomodations were just right for us

Very nice and quiet location, very nice hosts, Randy and Barb, the location was easy to find and had easy access for us as we took several trips during the day. Randy and Barb were available if needed and always asked if we needed anything for our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by Randy and noticed how clean the cottage was for us. Being a first time user of this type of stay I was very pleased, and will use VRBO again- also the weather was perfect for the entire 8 days we were there-- Thank you again-- Steve and Ginny Nucci
