We do believe we are lucky to have the team that we do and location. This is a unique time of year as the Seagrass accumulates and that causes the smell. Hi Beth, First of all thank you for a very fair review. We are obviously very proud of our facility and our breakfast and views. However, what should always set us apart is the service. And, if you were not acknowledged, that is just not acceptable. As to your question regarding the room layout, the room tends to be standard but we are always open to constructive feedback as to how to improve things. In regards to the question about the shower, frankly, depending on the previous checkout time we may not have been aware of it but we are happy to hear that it was repaired promptly.
