The host was wonderful, so accommodating even if we only stayed one night. Went above and beyond. Loved the patio with coffee in the morning was so relaxing and comfy. The ducks were the main characters this morning lol! Super clean and well kept. House is very nice. And nicely decorated also. They had all the amenities you would need and some, even that most places wouldn’t have. Such as the coffee bar set up was such a nice touch. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot the toasted yolk is about 5 min away and was Amazing also! Just a great experience overall. We will be back if we are in this area again. Thanks for everything! Would highly recommend this property for a stay in the Bradenton area.

We appreciated and enjoyed our stay at the house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. It was convenient to the beaches and IMG Academy.

Florida Family Vacation

This was a great property located just minutes from the beach. Quiet neighborhood with stores conveniently located near by. There were beach chairs available for our use, and communication with the owner was very fast with any of our questions that came up. I would recommend this for any family wanting to vacation near the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this Beautiful property!! Everything was as advertised and more! This property is very clean which is very important to us and had everything you may need or want for a comfortable stay. The patio with lake view is just stunning! Eva was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We are experienced travellers and this was by far one of our favorite properties we have stayed at. Definitely planning to return! Bradenton getaway

Very nice place, loved the view from the patio looking out at the lake and watching the wild life. Convenient to everything in Bradenton including the beaches.

Enjoyed our stay

My family (all adults) enjoyed our stay. This was a great find. The house is very clean and well laid out with nice family gathering areas. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were nice and well stocked. They even had beach towels to use (they were thin but worked well). There were 2 beach chairs and 2 camp chairs in the garage that we used at the beach. We especially enjoyed watching the birds on the pond in the morning from the lanai. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet with sidewalks for walking. The location is great. We walked to the grocery store and other conveniences. An easy drive to the beach and other activities. Communication was easy, and helpful. I would defiantly stay here again.

Perfect close to IMG for soccer tournament. Relaxed outdoors on lovely patio. Very clean ! Beds comfortable. Had a great time!

What a beautiful home,everything as advertised and more. Beds were super comfy. The best part was our morning coffee on the screened in porch with all the birds.Eva our host was wonderful. If ever we're coming back this is the place we're going to stay.loved it😀

Convenient location

Nice house with great view. Many birds at water feature including geese with newly hatched babies. Well stocked home. Owner very responsive. Conveniently located to both Cortez and Manatee avenues.

Great house and location! Love the small lake in the backyard! 7min away from the beach. Thats our 2nd time renting this house in 3 years. Talk to a Host Eva, quick response. Recommending this place.

Great house in quiet neighborhood!

We took a quick family vacation, 2 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone! Very nice, clean accommodating home located in a quiet neighborhood. It was minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the pond and wildlife in the back yard. It was overall a great place to stay! The host had good communication and an easy check in process. We will definitely be staying here when we visit family again!

Great Stay

This property comes as advertised. Very clean house, very quiet neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and activities. Our host was very helpful. Recommend Five Nine Grill on Cortez for dinner. Recommend Detwilers Farm Market on 53 Ave W for fresh seafood and produce. We would definitely stay here again.

Bird Sanctuary

Wonderfully quiet neighborhood with a nice shared pond in the back where we saw some lovely bird life including mother duck? with its little ducklings trailing behind. The property manager provided an easy check in process, the property itself was very clean with nice appointments, had fully equipped kitchen, shower pressure in master bedroom was amazing, and bonus feature was access and use of the garage via garage door opener. Ideal location that is very close to Anna Maria Island and shopping. Will certainly look to see if available in the future when we return to visit my in-laws.
