An amazing view, unbeatable beach access and postcard sunsets. Very clean, tastefully decorated with all the conveniences needed. Walking distance to various restaurants and just a quick drive to many more as well as shopping and various activities. The best part for us were the early morning beach walks, the sunsets, and the perfect beach days. We saw dolphins every day swimming by and even a manatee one of the days.

Location, beach and lanai were incredible. Mattresses very comfortable. Real Estate agent went above and beyond. I would definitely rent this again. I would say on cons beach chairs were old and uncomfortable. Llttle things I just didn't understand but can live with cheap wine glasses, no soap dishes in one of the bathrooms and starter tp, etc. was a little odd but again we loved the beach, lanai, location and overall extremely happy

My daughter and her family received a call on the way to their condo, same building as we were staying that the pool was closed and part of the parking lot was closed. They were moved to a different property. We were never contacted by the owners or property management. I reached out myself to the property management and they had to move us to different condo separating us from my our daughter’s family. The property was booked back in Oct. It was very stressful and disappointing as all our plans were ruined.I would suggest booking thru a property management company and not Vrbo based on our experience.

The unit was clean, well stocked and easily accessible using 2 flights of stairs. Beds and furniture was comfortable. There's a storage unit downstairs to store your beach items. They had some items but we had brought our own since traveling by car. The property management company was incredibly responsive when we arrived to a chirping smoke detector. They were very conscientious and friendly. Will definitely return!

The beach access and sunset view was spectacular! We had a wonderful vacation with quick and easy access to the trolley. All initial questions and matters were answered and resolved immediately! I would love to stay here again if and when we return! Thank you !

Great stay at this property.

I am not giving a 5 star to this property due to some description that says, property was renewed. Yes I can tell it was renewed but it was a long time ago since the kitchen is very old. A couple of examples, you enter the master bathroom and there is no switch to turn the lights on inside of the bathroom, both bathrooms have sink stoppers that gets stuck and do not come up again. They have chairs on wheels that are waiting for an accident to happen that may cause big trouble. Those are details that did not jeopardize our stay, on the other side the views and proximity to the beach are wonderful. The overall evaluation is a place a recommend especially if you are budget conscious.

Beauty in Bradenton

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. The beach was amazing and we loved that there were no crowds. The condo has everything we needed for our stay. My only recommendation is that the storage unit be cleaned out due to most items being broken. We did leave a new umbrella for the next guest. I would definitely rent this unit again!!

Guarantee this rental!

Beautiful view impressive unit enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff and assisting with giving us contact information for their drivers. And also the opportunity to use the app loaded kitchen. Check and process was a little rough because the code given was not working on the keyless entry and the keys given were not working. However we called for assistance and they were able to reset a new code and get us into the unit after hours. Definitely will return to this unit and recommend it to others.

Bliss on the Beach

Great location from the proximity to restaurants and stores and to a great stretch of beach. The beach view from the screened porch was fabulous. The pool was warm--like bathwater--and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and every room was inviting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. A small matter-- all but 2 of the beach chairs were rusty and two of five were broken but if we'd asked management I'm sure they'd have replaced them. I really liked their rental app, which gave us all the information we needed about the unit and Policies at our fingertips. The door lock pad worked well every time. There are no elevators so if nobody in your party can carry heavy coolers or bags up a couple of sets of stairs you might consider another unit or just packing each container with less weight. I've already tentatively picked a date to return. Super relaxing place to stay!

Great Stay!

The condo was clean and stocked with beach essentials-including a cooler! The sunset views are amazing and loved the closeness to the beach. We enjoyed using the heated pool in the heat of the day, it stays pretty shady. Wonderful stay and plan on coming back!

Not as we expected

The property does not look like pictures show inside or out. The living room is totally different than pictures describe, with a very uncomfortable couch that always felt like you were sliding into the floor. The kitchen was very disorganized with all cabinets being full of mismatched parts and pieces of bowls and glasses. We were always searching for lids for a bowl or pot or pan. The entire kitchen was covered in small tiny ants, which I reported but nothing was ever done so we purchased our own ant spray and treated the kitchen, hopefully the next guest will not have the same problem. The pool area is up down and in need of a serious cleaning I specially called and ask about beach chairs and umbrellas and was told there would be chairs and umbrellas for 4 in the properties storage closet, beach chairs were so rusty only one was usable and the umbrellas that were in there were broken, I again called property management and was told they would bring an umbrella out. We returned to the unit to wait for the umbrella only to be locked out. The keypad on the door was not working properly, I again called property management and they said they would send maintenance out. Maintenance came and brought 2 sets of keys without looking at keypad. We spent the rest of the week fighting with the door to get In & OUT. This whole review could have been avoided with some routine maintenance and a cleaning crew with just a small attention to detail.

Great Location

Great location in AMI. On the beach, don't have to cross any roads. Great view. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Had beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, kick/mini surf boards all in the storage area under the condo. Will be back!

very nice condo in a perfect location. Had everything we needed. The building was in great shape and very well taken care of. When the beach was a little too windy, the pool was a nice retreat. The condo listed for 6 to sleep but only had two bedrooms. It was not very comfortable for more than 4. We had 5. The couch pulled out. Other than that, we were very happy and would love to come back.

We arrived on Saturday and bought groceries for meals all week. Then we realized the oven didn't work. Called management Monday, no response, called management Wednesday. Bottom line: the oven was never fixed and we wasted all our groceries. How do I get that money back? I won't.
