Family Vacation

First time in Bradenton for family vacation house was perfect location and beautifully decorated The kitchen could have more things to help cook dinners for 11 people and we had limited bath towels, called for more but never received them. Beds are comfortable and the couch we loved for everyone to fit for movie night. Would love to stay again

Great time!

This property is beautiful and well appointed. The pictures online do not do it justice. The location is perfect, on the water way side of the island but a < 5minute walk to the beach. Easy walk to the quaint downtown area. My only wish is that the "beach" in the back yard was sand instead of pebbles.

Awesome place for some work and play

My family and I had a great time staying at this home for a few days as I had some clients to visit in the area. The House was beautiful and very clean, but the view was the best part. We spent most of our time on one of the decks and the swim spa was incredible. Super easy walk to see the sunsets at the beach and plenty of restaurants to pick from that were very close by. I would highly recommend staying here. Next time we are in town this is were we would want to stay.

Nice house and location

This location is perfect. you have the canal on one side and the ocean on the other (very short walk). Because the beach water was too cold, the kids enjoyed fishing every day. The particular enjoyed fishing out on the desk at night! apparently that's when the cat fish were out. Recommend a light on the dock. The house itself is beautiful. But you can see it's age. I think a good maintenance man can fix all the little issues. loved the kitchen. could definitely use some pot holders. would have loved to use the dishwasher, but no detergent could be located. Hot water in the evening was an issue, definitely had a few showers on the cooler side. the property is fenced however with no gates, we could not let our dog off the leash. The parking is an issue. THe pics don't explain it well. but you're in an ally and getting three cars (SUV) to park was difficult. The next house is really close to you so not a lot of elbow room. Again difficult to discern that from the pics. This is not a deal breaker, just not what I was expecting. Best to back in down the ally so you can get the car out easier. On days where the water was calm a paddle board or even a canoe would have been fun. I guess we could have rented one. Beds were comfortable. Liked the spa. I think someone else mentioned in prior review the controls are difficult to operate. You can really only see them when it gets dark. Not sure if that can be fixed. But the spa was enjoyable. All in all a good time and nice property.

Guys fishing trip

The house was amazing and very clean. Check in process was great and very easy, bars and restaurants were in walking distance with grocery store close. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice House

House is very nice, but definitely starting to show some wear and tear. Close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Tons of space for a large family to stay comfortably. Swim spa/pool is really more a spa. The view of the intercostal was nice and patio was a great place to relax. Was great to have chairs and a wagon to take down to the beach.

Great place for groups.

We stayed for 3 weeks in January 2021. Group of 8 adults. Great place. As advertised. Management company is really good. Couple of minor issues and they handled immediately. Would absolutely stay again.

amazing Anna MariaIsland house

nice lovely house, close to the beach, close to restaurants, nice side walks, perfect designed, big areas. The jacuzzi pool starts was not well maintain and the controls were hard to read.
