Steps from the beach!

This beautifully newly renovated Anna Maria Island bungalow is COVID compliant, super clean and very comfortable. With an open, split floor plan, it has 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths and is only 3 houses from FEET IN THE SAND! Half way between the amazing white sand beach and the bay and Pier. Only 1 block over is Historic Bridge Street with all of the cool restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars with live music. Once here, you never need to drive. Just leave your car in the driveway (it can fit up to 4 cars). Everything is within a block walking distance! If you want to be active, there is plenty to do! Take a boat ride to see dolphins, parasail on the gulf, go fishing off the Pier, play a round of mini golf or just relax at our beautiful white sand beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available for your use. When you're not out and about, enjoy the private, shaded backyard with a brand new heated/cooled swimming POOL, grill, chaise loungers and a dining table, chairs and shade umbrella.
