Location was incredible! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Nicest place we’ve been to in a while. Very clean, amenities were thoughtful - high chairs, kiddie gates, pack play, beach chairs and towels - all we had to do was get our meals! Loved every minute of our stay. The best was sitting on the deck watching the sunset and being able to hear the live music from the bars drifting down the street to entertain us - so fun!!

7 towels for 7 people just isn’t enough and a washer and dryer on the blink. Dishwasher is on its last leg. Would have been nice to have had shampoo etc. location was perfect Overall home needs maintenance

Perfect location to the beach and within walking h distance to many restaurants. We stayed for the week while our son played in a baseball tournament at IMG. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Beach House

Excellent location! Minute walk to the beach, trolley route steps away and nearby (walkable) restaurants and shops! Beach/water views from the house are beautiful! Kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, etc but you’ll need to bring your own condiments, etc as there is no “cabinet of left behinds” like cooking sprays, seasonings, etc. Plenty of bathrooms! Exactly ten beach and bath towels provided so if you require more you may want to bring your own. House has beach chairs and a beach wagon which is really helpful for hauling things! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect! Could not be better!!!!

Our perfect vacation was made possible thanks to this perfect rental! The location cannot be beat, we didn’t have to drive our car at all throughout our stay (besides our initial grocery run). The beach is just across the street, takes maybe 2 minutes and there is a flashing crosswalk light so always felt safe. The house even comes with a wagon and plenty of beach chairs. Lots of walkable restaurants and bars and shops but no noise concerns. If you’re familiar with AMI, you know bridge street is where you want to be. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and upgraded feel to the house and it felt very clean. I appreciate the floor plan and the number of beds, everyone felt super comfortable and it was easy to unpack. Also, blown away by the balcony views! I wasn’t expecting to have such a clear view of the water! Sitting out there with a cup of coffee was the perfect start to each morning. The pool area is also great, it’s pretty shaded with not much direct sunlight, which was actually perfect after getting so much sun at the beach. The host was really attentive, messaged him a few times with random questions and he was always quick to respond. We had the best time, it really could not have been any better. Thank you Adam!!

College friends beach trip gathering

Fantastic stay in this home on AMI! Literally steps to the beach and bayside with everything you could want in a beach home. Host super helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. In fact, assisted with letting us know about the house having an exact duplicate house attached that we could rent for our large group. Kitchen/family room area large and open with a stocked kitchen. Little extras like beach towels and chairs for guest is very helpful and nice when you have people flying. Highly recommend this home. We only left footprints in the sand, but took away wonderful memories! Note: If you have anyone with physical limitations, the elevator is a very nice addition in the home that typically you only find in a hotel.

Perfect spot

We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for the 7 of us, and the decor was so pleasing. The location was fabulous! Close to the beach and so many walkable places. We only used our cars to go to Publix once and to the Sand Bar Restaurant on the north end of the island. We are very apt to return whenever we want some days at the beach.

Wonderful Family Friendly Property

We had 10 people in our family get together. The property was spacious and comfortable. We loved all the beach supplies including chairs and wagon. The pool area was enclosed and fun for the children, we will definitely be back.

Birthday Get away

Nice property in an otherwise ok location. The beach was nice and the Gulf water was beautiful. Our house was upscale for the area, but missed the touches an upscale house should have, ie, nicer sheets, nicer towels and a large screen TV. we were there for the beach and to travel for nicer dinners. Likely should have rented farther South, but the are a was good for a quick trip to the sotre and Tiki Bar around the corner.

Great location

Great location to the beach and other businesses. Did have to request check in information but was sent it right away and checking in was super easy. They had lots of beach chairs for us to use at the beach and bikes. Some things to keep in mind they only provide limited toilet paper so if you use more than they supply you have to get more. The bunk beds, the bottom bunk was very squeaky and noisy with every little move. We would recommend this stay to others.

Great place for the entire family. Everything within walking distance.

Overall experience was fantastic. We are " foodies" so the only negative was the grill ( which we decided not to use) wasn't clean and had ants on the inside. Pans provided are kind of old and warn, but we managed.
