4th of July Vacation

Property was well maintained, very close to the beach, and in a fairly quiet area. Mosquitoes were very aggressive and didn’t seem to be bothered by candles or torches but bug spray worked.

Great location, perfect pool.

Our family had a great time staying at this VRBO. The pool was ideal for our 5 & 3 year old and the walk to the beach was nice and easy. The home was clean and accurately displayed. We did have an issue with the front door lock and never heard from the owner when we wrote him about it. The master bedroom also runs very warm compared to the rest of the house. Overall it was a great home for a week of vacation.

Fabulous beach house

We were so happy to be able to spend a week at your beach house. Everything was clean fresh and it felt just like home. The beach was literally across the street. We could not have picked a more convenient place to stay. I am so happy that rex was able to get the house up and running. Looking for it to booking with rex again next year. Thank you again.

Good house and location

House had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great location to the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants. Very quite location and the host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Great location

The location to the beach and other attractions was great! If you don’t mind sharing amenities with your upstairs neighbor the property works well. The pool isn’t very big so if both the upstairs guests and the poolside retreat guests are using the pool frequently, it gets quite dirty by the end of the week especially if both units are sleeping the full capacity. Rex (the owner) was very responsive to all communications. I would recommend this property to others.

Amazing Trip

We loved AMI! Our stay here was great. We were one block off the beach and we had a pool which was great for cooling off and nights. The size of the rooms were great especially the extra space in the master. This is the first trip where the laundry has been so easy and close and we came home with less laundry to wash. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room table held us all. I’ve already talked to our family about coming back and renting this entire house. Rex was great at communicating and giving us tips! We loved this house and AMI.

Owner’s friend comes by with his girlfriend and decides to entertain while I’m renting the property. Very uncool! Had to ask them to leave since I didn’t know who the were, and really didn’t think I had to share a property I rented

Home away from home!

We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to house. The cleaning crew was finishing up and we asked if we could sit poolside. Yes! We used the restroom and hung outside while they finished. Our groceries got delivered and we settled in for wonderful week! Our upstairs neighbors were wonderful and sharing the pool and back yard was easy. Would love to come back!!!

Made Great Memories

The description of the Pool Side Retreat is spot on. Rex was great at communicating and he even called out a technician when the dish box wasn’t working. The rental has pretty much everything you would need for a beach day like beach chairs, a wagon, goggles, SUP & kayaks, boogie boards, etc. (Bring your own beach umbrella). There’s also Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, grill, pool, outdoor shower. There’s a washer/dryer, stove, microwave, Coffee pot, Keurig, large fridge, & toaster oven. The kids loved the pool and we made some great memories! :)

Vacation

Needs a lot of updating inside and out, main room floor cracked by the wash dryer area. Master bathroom needs updating, and the other bathroom same. Blind’s need to be changed out half of them didn’t work or broken and tied up. Wood decks need to be updated big time, when someone from up stairs spilled stuff bottom people got it.
