The home was very nice and in a great location (1 minute walk to the beach). Inside of the home showed signs of wear, but it was still very nice. Rooms were spacious and furniture was comfy.Pictures of the inside of the home are accurate, but pictures of the outside dont appear to be recent bc the outside shows more wear and isnt as well-maintained as shown. Still though, very nice. My family enjoyed the stayCommunication with the host was great...very fast responses to text messages and calls.

Definitely worth every dime

We stayed here for 7 wonderful days!!! Enjoyed every inch of the property from the pool to the roof top deck!!!! Plenty of room for our 17 people. Lots and lots of memories made. The kiddos were never bored for a second. Would definitely come back to the Crystal Oasis.

Great House

Overall we had a great stay! Only issue we had was the main level refrigerator was not working so we had to use the extra one in the garage. Backyard was great for our group and the pool was awesome!

Almost a 5 star review except for this annoyance

Our three children and families came to celebrate our 50th anniversary. With seven bedrooms and baths, it was a perfect fit. We enjoyed the pool, and the "hot tub" when we remembered to turn it on in advance. It will also shut off at intervals so keep your eyes on it. The beach is a half block away and there are beach chairs, towels, and wagons to pull everything to the beach. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants at Bridge Street and we only used our vehicle for supplies and a couple outings. There were days when the kids lived by the pool, and there was plenty of room for the adults to have some great conversations. The kitchen was easy to use for cooking a number of meals throughout the week. This will be a trip our children and our grandchildren will long remember. Every sunset was greeted either on the roof or the beach. Now for my beef with this property.I do have a problem with a beautiful 7 bedroom property that cost us a significant amount that cheaped us out in everything else. My kids laughed when we opened the Welcome box to find 2 dishwasher pods. We had 1 roll of paper towels, no garbage bags, no coffee filters and so on. We had to buy dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters, dish soap and more. I've never had this problem in any other VRBO that we have rented. Very annoying and cheap. Be prepared.

Great group location

It was wonderful for a big group. We all had a really nice weekend. It is not stocked for meal prep (ie - salt and pepper) but overall great stay.

Amazing vacation home for big groups

We had an amazing time in Bradenton Beach. The house was beautiful, big spaces, great amenities, calm neighborhood, and steps away from the beach. The only thing to keep in mind is that there's lots of stairs in the house, not recommended for people with limited mobility, I wish we had been aware of that since the beginning... other than that the house is amazing!

Nice house but issues

The house was very nice and spacious for our family. Pretty clean but small roaches in kitchen cabinets. They were doing sewage work in front of the house, so there was no access to house via car. We had to park in a lot a couple of blocks away. Very inconvenient. There were working on the sewer each day, and it was noisy. We had to make many calls to get pool serviced. Rental agents insisted that it had been serviced on Monday, but we knew it hadn’t. It took 3 trips to completely service the pool, and the cleaning was finally completed late Thursday afternoon. They advertise the house as being 6000 sq ft which is inaccurate. The lot is 6000 sq ft - not the house. This is not the first time that a house size has been inaccurately advertised. I paid almost 17k for this house and feel that rental agents could have been more accommodating- especially because we had no access to house via car. I feel like a portion of my money should have been refunded.

Great location

Our family of 13 had a lovely stay at Crystal Waves Oasis. They especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach is a block away. The only recommendation is that the kitchen stove needs replacing.

Wonderful experience, the house was so beautiful and perfect for me and family to get together. The area was great and super peaceful with the beach right across the street. 100% recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Ants, Bees, and Un-heated Pool

Fantastic house and great location, but too many problems that were not fixed by management company. Property was infested with ants. Management company failed to cure problem. Bees were everywhere in the yard and patio. The pool filter and heater kept failing, resulting in un-heated pool and spa for almost the entire week. Kids were only able to swim twice as the pool was too cold. Kitchen freezer was not working. Management company did not fix. Management company was great on the phone, but failed to fix problems.

This house is amazing!

This house was perfect for our group of family and friends especially with the 7 bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very pleased with the large kitchen which turned out to be our favorite hangout at night. The house and pool area were very clean and we loved the rooftop deck!

Great for family vacation.

This large house has some amazing aspects and we found the space for everyone was lovely. Please note there is not an outdoor shower. We had a few issues that were immediately addressed by the management company. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
