The house is absolutely wonderfull! Two blocks from one of the best beaches in Florida!

We had a great time! The house is absolutely wonderful! It has everything to spend the best holidays ever. We were a family of 14, with agrs going from 70 down to 18 months old! Absolutely all were delited with the house. It has heated pool, bbq, beach accesories, bikes, beautiful terrace with a view to the best sunsets, everything! Is close to the beach, and the house is absolutely comfortable and very nice! More kittchen accesories needed, but we have managed to cook with no problems at all! Andrea is absolutely wonderful. She is kind and very nice and very professional. If you need anything she doesn’t hesitate and obtaines it! She made our stay much better! We have a great family vacation and we won’t think twice to come back to Bradenton and to this amazing house.

We had a large group come to the island this time. The house comfortably fit all 8 of us! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us. An easy walk to Bridge Street and the beach!

Everything was good except 2 of the top bunks bed frames were broken so we were short 2 beds. Toilets were in need of repair also. Handles need attention due to on going running of the water.

I booked this place for a family vacation and it was perfect. It was easy to enter the home and find everything we needed. We did have an issue with the tv remotes and hooking them up to wifi & the same day I called they sent someone to resolve it. It was such a perfect place to fit all of my family & I. The host was extremely nice everytime I reached out to ask a question and when I had that issue with the remotes. The security alarm door feature to enter the backyard by the pool was such a relief when booking & being there due to having small nephews with us. Affordable for a big family vacation, perfect location to the beach, nearby restaurants & shops. I would recommend booking this place!

The property is fantastic! Great size and incredible rooftop deck for sunsets. Fits 9 with kids comfortably with multiple bunk beds and game room. Easy walk to beaches and pier for excursions or restaurants, bars & shopping.

Nice house

House was amazing. Being next to the marina was a challenge a few times, due to noise and water coming into the back yard from pressure washing boats. But…. So close to everything. If you spend most of your days out, this is a great house.

Solid property, close to both sides of the island, shops, restaurants, beach. Great backyard with pool and spa. Had plenty of beach stuff to use. Check in at 4 was not as flexible as led to believe and check out at 10 was tuff.

"We were looking for a place near Bradenton where my granddaughter's young family recently moved, big enough to accommodate them and my family of 6. We found this wonderful location on Anna Maria Island - a well-constructed, spacious home with 6 beds, 6 baths, and a pool within walking distance to everything we needed. The beaches, restaurants, and shopping were all conveniently close. We enjoyed spectacular views and fully functional appliances, plus every room had a working TV. Whether we wanted to be together or spend time apart in small groups, there were plenty of options. We could walk to the beach, lounge by the pool, or relax in the spa. Everyone from 7 months to 70 years old was thrilled with this wonderful location. We hope this helps you make a decision. This home offers areas for large gatherings and places for all age groups to find their own space." Ron and Linda

Perfect house for a group of friends

There was six of us who stayed here. And it was perfect. We had a lot of room, and we enjoyed the location, next to all the little shops and restaurants. The backyard and rooftop, were nice for us to have a place to sit outside and enjoy. Highly recommended.

50th Party

We celebrated my Husband's 50th Birthday party for the weekend. The house is amazing with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and fun places to hang out. It had an arcade game that we used to play as kids (frogger, Pac man, donkey Kong), so that was super fun as a 50th party! It was so close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. We had the best time!

The location was the best part, Walking distance to beach but also golf cart shuttles in area to take us and handicapped family member to shops and restaurants. We did not have to use our personal cars at all

Great Place!

This is one of the nicer rental properties I have stayed at. Everything was very clean and had enough space for everyone! We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces with such nice weather. With views of the ocean walking distance to all the stores and restaurants we would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else!

Excellent location

We had a fantastic stay on the island, easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house had great amenities for a large group, more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, towels. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with pots/pans, otherwise there were no leftover spices or oils to use so be prepared to bring or buy-same for dish/dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage which was helpful. The outdoor shower was also great for rinsing off! Beds were squeaky, this was annoying but not a reason to avoid. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
