Always awonderful stay! This is our third year staying at this beautiful home-perfect for our three generation family ! Someone always responds quickly with questions and needs via text. The house has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation . We can’t wait to return next year !

Very nice and cozy place.

Enjoyed our stay very much with our grown kids and grandchildren. Conveniently located to the beach and stores. Perfect for large family get togethers. We liked the 2 separate units for privacy when needed. Also felt very safe. Ample parking. Would stay there again!

The house was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone. The location was quiet but only a 2 block walk to the beach access. We could see both the sound and ocean from the top floor! We loved it - a couple of minor plumbing issues were quickly resolved by the rental agency. We would stay again!

Only two blocks from the beach and conveniently located between Cortez and Manatee gave great access to all Bradenton and Anna Maria have to offer. The house had plenty of beach amenities and was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family vacation

We had three generations of family stay at this beautiful property. Each unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a week long stay ( we brought our own little coffee pot when we saw you only had a keurig) the bottom unit ac was not working but a repairman was sent right away and soon had us cooled . Loved that the house had balconies on both sides of the house so we could see sunrises AND sunsets . We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay for Spring Break with another family! We took the top unit and our friends were in the lower. It was immaculately clean, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. We loved the location, just a few blocks from the beach. Our favorite was hanging out and playing cards on the porches. Our boys loved the nearby park for shooting hoops. Some suggestions would be a cart for hauling things to the beach, a few more towels, hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, and hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. We had plenty of beach chairs which was much appreciated! Overall really great stay and we would highly recommend!

Spacious property with lots to offer…

Our family rented this property for two weeks with it offering various amenities including large places to store vehicles, golf carts, and beach equipment, and large living spaces including its deck outlooking the beautiful soound and ocean and the friendly quiet surrounding neighborhood. The house including a excellent sleep arrangement being able to sleep our family and friends of 9, and having the capability to sleep more utilizing the pull-out couch. The house was able to serve us providing all kitchen amenities, all linen amenities providing us with many towels for the beach. The house had spacious food storage with us being able to store food upstairs and down. The beach equipment wasn’t very useful to us but we decided to rent new equipment locally. We had no problems with the house, and we had a great vacation stay at bliss and tonic.

Roomy w/ Great Views of the Bay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family split both units with friends. Our family of 7 fit very comfortably in the upper unit! My husband & I shared a master, 3 kids shared the 2nd bedroom, and 2 kids comfortably shared the little room off the porch that included the twin w/ trundle! We were so grateful for the extra space! We had stayed in Dolphin Dance last year, and while that one had an ideal, near-beach-front location, it was a little cramped. Bliss & Tonic has the perfect amount of space to accommodate a larger party! The condo was well-stocked with towels + the needed essentials at arrival, and the washer/dryer worked amazingly. The pantry was HUGE & easily fit our food. The closets were also large & spacious. The location was a quick 2 blocks to the beach, & we loved biking to restaurants & stores! Our friends rented the lower unit. Their AC went out the first day & a half, but IVP was very prompt in sending over a maintenance man to make repairs. They were also very prompt at any other requests we had. Our friends on the lower unit had this to share: "The condo was well-equipped with plenty of towels (including beach & bath) & kitchen supplies. We loved all the windows and light. The porches & porch furniture were great. The condo was thoughtfully decorated & included plenty of storage. We loved the beach wagon & supplies. Truly, we only needed to pack a carry-on suitcase & arrive for a week of beach fun. The condo was just a few blocks from the beach as well as a local park (bring a basketball for the basketball court!). It was a quiet street. My only suggestion would be for the owners to renovate the porch to enclose part of it into a bedroom on the first floor condo to match the 2nd floor condo. We really could have used that extra bed/room that our friends had upstairs. Other than that, we loved the layout--so open, airy, & easily accessible."Note: The lower unit was a little bothered by loud footsteps from the upper unit. The sound reverberated.

We rented both condos for my big family and it was very spacious and accommodating even when we entertained our local family! The location was perfect with walk ability to the beach and local things around. The condos are kid friendly, clear and up to date with everything we needed. We hope to come back!
