We had a FABULOUS stay at the Sea Zoo!!!! I looked at many homes before booking & i’m so happy I choose this one! This house is in the perfect location for us and our family of 5 had such a wonderful experience! The pool was a huge hit with our kids and the closeness of everything around was perfect! We appreciate you loaning it out to us! We plan to be back soon!

Great location and great property. Had 2 small issues on our first day that were resolved immediately. Would definitely consider coming back for another trip on beautiful Anna Maria island!

The pool

We walked the town and the beach, but we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Someone was either in it beside it reading in it soaking in it or laying beside it!Everyone said best pool, liked the town but loved the pool

Beach weekend

Gorgeous house and backyard. It has beautiful views of the bay and the house itself was very clean. The room situation wasn’t ideal as we had mostly couples staying here…there’s a random bed day in the hallway and I think they stretch the idea of how many people can actually stay there. We brought an air mattress just in case and I’m glad we did but other than that’s everything was great. We definitely would come back!

Great outdoor area with pool and spa and tiki bar. Bed were super comfortable. Location is great. rent a golf cart and have a blast. Warning…. this house has lots of stairs. The elevator did not work! if your young or healthy then it’s a great workout. If you need knee surgery or are elderly make sure to call and verify that the elevator is working. We called , responded quickly but found out that the elevator was unplugged and had been “waiting” for a part. This should have been disclosed!! Was difficult and painful without the elevator! Otherwise great house

Davis Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the Sea Zoo so big and spacious ! The view was breathtaking! Sunrise over the bay and sunset at the beach! We loved the walking distance to the beach and shops. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. The only negative was that the elevator was not working but we all agreed we didn’t mind getting in the extra steps. all agreed we didn’t

Great Location

The location of this property is top notch. Wonderfully close to beach and Bridge street. The house was clean and beautiful. There were issues with the property. The night before we were to check in we were called by management that the elevator was down. No information was given on the significance of this in relation to the house. There is no access to the pool or grill directly without the elevator and it requires multiple steps. Same when needing to use restroom which is up the multiple stairs. Same with access to the garage. While we were able to navigate, this was inconvenient. We were refunded an amount once I made a complaint. The door also sticks and we were locked out once. Also, broken tiles around the pool are still present. Overall though, we had a great trip. Just wish some of these things would have been communicated earlier so we were more prepared.

Excellent Bayfront home

Amazing home close to the beach and near AMI restaurants and other amenities the house has a great view to the bay and the pool area are incredible good we strongly recommend this place

Not Our Cup of Tea

It’s clear the insane cleaning fee charged upon booking is not shared with the personnel that does the cleaning. Proof is in the pudding. Workers are spread so, so very thin because AMI Rentals manages too many properties. I’ve stayed at a handful of their homes, at different price points, and my experience remains the same. I was messaged multiple times before checkout, asking for a 5-star review and to let them know when we plan to leave so their cleaning crew could get ahead of schedule. Their reasoning? Because they have so many properties to attend to. If you can’t do a good job with the current work force, you need to hire more people and pay them to want to do a decent job. Even worse, the day of checkout the cleaning woman was parked in the driveway well before checkout time, watching us try to enjoy our last morning on the deck before packing the cars up. She was sitting in a hot car, in the Florida sun with her child. Heartbreaking. She politely said nothing, but we felt the pressure to hurry up and leave. Other issues: Pavers lining the pool not secured, resulted in an injury. Elevator out of service entire visit which was tough because my son is on crutches. Pool access from the house is inconvenient, keep this in mind for anyone in your party with even the slightest mobility issues. Comforter had food dried and crusted on top in plain sight. All dishes were dirty. Maria with AMI Rentals was awesome. She tried her hardest to help with what she could.

Perfect for a family vacation...

The Sea Zoo was perfect for our family vacation. The property is in a great location - a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. It's well equipped with a pool, Tiki bar, games, kitchen essentials and sea animal themed decor. All planning and communication went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Hip Beach House

This is a true beach house on the water with its own dock and a big swimming pool in the yard. The beach is less than a 3 minute walk but the pool was so great we made over to the beach once! There is an elevator and it s awesome for taking food and drinks down to the pool level. It was a cool place well decorated very comfortable and some great views. We had a great time. I recommend this place to adults and families.

Family stay

Amazing backyard, awesome location. We did struggle a bit with the layout and logistics of the home as it isn’t easy to access the backyard from the house, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the yard. We did have to purchase some items for the home, basic necessities - (there wasn’t any of the following in the entire house), hand soap, trash bags, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap and dish detergent. Other than missing some basic items the stay was enjoyable, kids loved the pool and hot tub and there were many activities outside for them.

Awesome vacation!

This house was in a great location and had a nice pool and interior. The property manager was very responsive which was great. However, we couldn’t figure out how to open the door at first but we got help right away.

Just what we needed

The house was lovely and the hosts were great. Unlocked myself after hours and got help from them immediately. Location is amazing- steps from the bay and beach and tons of great restaurants and shopping! Loved it!

Not ready for guests!!!

Things need to be fixed immediately here!!! The house is beautiful and great location. UNFORTUNATELY as soon as you walk in the tile is all cracked from water damage. If you don't wear shoes, you will cut your feet. We could not use the pool and hot tub for 3 days. It was broken, by the time it was fixed, we only got to use it for the last part of our vacation. If I want to be picky, we found it pretty gross that the refrigerator in the garage had black mold on the seals. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, it definitely wasn't the first 3 days with the pool not being available, the kids were mad as heck, and I don't blame them.
