Clean, Bright and Noisy

We stayed 6 nights with a large party. You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the Kitchen, which is on the top floor- about 20 times a day. Great workout, bad for those with bad knees and elderly. The 3rd floor also has 2 bedrooms off the kitchen. The MSTR bed and the other room share a balcony. The Master has a glass door that leads to the balcony right on front of your bed. It is a white paper thin privacy blind that will NOT block out any sun and it will hit you it the eyes at 6:30 am until about 9 am. This room NEEDS a blackout curtain- especially with 3 hour time difference. The other room has dark curtains which helps with sun. The kitchen has everything-incredible and there is plenty of seating and work area to cook. Also no blinds or curtains in the living room sliding glass doors (4 of them) and you will get blinded for a couple hours and HOT in there until the sun sets. (No ceiling fan remote was available) GREAT sunset views! The other 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are large and clean. The kids bunk bed is directly under kitchen table floor and you can hear EVERY SINGLE time a person scoots their chair. Kids could NOT sleep it was so freaking loud. The middle room too. It is as if sound was amplified hollowness in between floors. Kids room has a barn door- lets in light and noise. not a great room for sleeping kids. Pool and spa are great fun! Internet was down several times a day :( Beach was nice- SO CLOSE! Learning experience for us.1st time in Florida

Great house so close to beach!

This house was perfect for a group of friends with little ones. The backyard pool setup was a huge hit with the kids and the house was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Half block to amazing beach, loved the pool, slide hot tub, ping pong table and putting!

Great location just 1/2 block to Bradenton Beach. We rented golf carts and were about 5-7 minute golf cart drive from bridge street and 15 minutes from Pine Ave. Highly recommend this house.

Pretty great

We stayed here with 3 families, 8 kids ranging from 8-3 years old. Pool was great, a little small and shaded by vegetation/palm trees but kids LOVED slide and proximity to beach was amazing 2 min walk. There was a little parking lot right at the beach access where we could have parked a golf cart but the walk was so short it would have been a waste. We have stayed at other vacation rental homes with beach toys and there were none here, so we bought some and left them, hope they stay with the home! Also wish there were spices/foil/baggies left, I get its gross to use someone else's left overs but it's also gross to buy a whole thing of salt/pepper for 7 days. Beds were comfy. Salt, restaurant about 4 blocks away was amazing but not for kids! Adults took turns going in shifts :) We took trolley (which has a stop right by the home) and monkey bus to north AMI for dinner at Sandbar and south to Beach House, both of which were great but had long waits during March so get there early especially to sit on beach. Sand, sea shells and sunsets on this beach were second to none. We love AMI and this house was a good one. Thanks for the memories.

We had a blast!

Three generations of family members gathered to make memories at this wonderful property. The house exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The pool was nicely heated. The pool slide was so fun. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Grocery shopping was just minutes away. Restaurants were good too. The people we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we had a great vacation! The only caution would be to be ready to climb stairs.

Great place but……

Nice property but you literally have to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent etc. We were told by the management that for a weeks stay you only get one of each for the property. Also lacking in kitchen utensils. Either way for almost &10,000 a week guests should expect a little more.

Amazing house!

To start the house is beautiful with beautiful views. We had the best time spent majority of it in the pool! The kids couldn’t get enough of it! The house was very clean and is so accommodating! The location is perfect with a quick walk or even faster golf cart ride to the beach. Has all you need for a beach day and a pool day. We loved it so much! We used every part of the house with our big group. The backyard feels like your own private oasis. Can’t wait to come back!

Only one issue. Floors were dirty. They didnt look dirty or feel dirty but when walking around in your barefeet, they became very dirty. Not a major issue and Everything else was outstanding.

This was a nice house with ample space for our group of 11 adults. We would recommend that your cleaning crew mop the floors rather than just dust them....we walked for a few minutes with barefeet and the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt! Also, some of the bathroom wastebaskets were not emptied before our arrival. The patio furniture cushions were very soiled. We called maintenance about the spa jets not working. The pool company said they needed to order some parts, but unfortunately they problem was not resolved before our departure. Also, the maintenance worker came regarding our refrigerator needing a new filter. He wrote down the model number, but never returned with a filter. Overall, though, we had an enjoyable trip.

Nice house but had issues.

Very nice home. There was an unpleasant pet urine smell especially second and third floor. They did try to clean it but believe it in grout. There were also german coach roaches in kitchen. They did come out and spray but still saw some. The pool side kept turning off at main breaker which required them to flip because it is locked. House was stocked well with necessities. Good location. Lots of toys to play.

Wonderful experience overall. House was perfect for our entire family. Everyone enjoyed the fun pool and short walk to the beach. Limited kitchen items but plenty of space. We will definitely return!

High school Senior spring break

I would have to say that I loved this property and dealing with AMI and their concierge service was awesome. The only negative I have to say about the property was that you had to buy everything from Kleenex (none provided) to trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. They furnished plenty of towels but not enough kitchen towels and supplies, For the price we paid for this rental I was disappointed in the supplies that were provided. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and clean and the property management was quick to respond.

Marvelous Family Retreat

Absolutely met expectations! We had our six grandkids and their parents here and the home provided all the space and comfort that we could hope for. Proximity to the beach is excellent and the pool with its water slide was a huge hit with all the kids. We hope to return for another “reunion”!
