The layout is townhome-style with a half bath on the main floor and bedrooms above. A gas grill is available on-site for cookouts. Shared laundry is on the property for the week's beach clothes. High-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs throughout.

The beach is directly across the street — no busy road, just cross over and you're on the sand. Bridge Street's restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops close by for exploring the island without moving your car.
