We just had a great stay in this great location. The house was very clean and well maintained, and was spacious enough for 13 adults. The kitchen was well stocked. Sunset in the crows nest were an added benefit, as were the abundance of bath and beach towels. The host responded and answer questions almost immediately. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Jeff was very helpful and responsive to all needs. The Coastal Cove property was amazing! Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and the best part, the beautiful beach! The hot tub was a big bonus as it was pretty chilly a few days of our trip. I would love to stay again!

Amazing sunset. This is Bradenton Beach. 2 blocks from The Coast Cove property.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay, the house and amenities were great, pool, hot tub, roof deck etc. The location really made our trip though, short walk to restaurants, bars and the gulf and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this home.

The house is great, perfect for our group of friends. The location is very convenient to restaurants, bars, shops, the beach, all walkable, but not on the main road, so no traffic outside the door! Great roof top, with all-around views and a nice breeze! Yes, there is a marina behind it, but we hardly ever heard a noise from the marina and when we did, it was very short-lived. We would definitely go back!

Coastal Cove is the perfect location

We had a great 5 day stay at Coastal Cove in Anna Maria Island. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, walk to the downtown bars and restaurants, and everything is right there. The house fit 12 people perfectly and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect after days at the beach. Thank you.

AMI 2025 Family Trip

Fabulous location, quiet street with close access to everything. We love AMI and their community. The house perfectly fit our big family trip and we all loved watching the sunrises and sunsets from the amazing rooftop view! Gear communication from the property manager as well.

The owners did a phenomenal job fixing this home back up for use after the hurricanes. The surrounding area is still in dire need of people to help get them back on their feet.

Great house with a great location

Our large family stayed at this property and it was a wonderful week! We were walking distance to Bridge street, a quick stroll to the beach, and a few steps to the pool/hot tub. Jeff was amazing to work with, as we had a very minor issue and he had someone come out quickly to resolve it! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

A wonderful home in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay here and the property was exactly as described. The pool and hot tub are just fantastic and the property hosts were exceptionally thorough and responsive throughout the process. Beautiful place

Enjoyed our time here. The house was as pictured and advertised. Great views from rooftop deck. Lots of space! Would definitely return. Owners communicated the beaches were open and the water beautiful after the hurricanes and they were right. The walk to the beach is less than 4 minutes. Lots of cleanup to do, but everyone is trying to reopen as soon as possible. Easy to get around. Enjoyed Salt Bar and Table and Hurricane Hank's.

Great home close to the beach

My family and I really enjoyed this home. It has a great location, it is super comfortable, and it is super spacious for a big family vacation. Jeff and Ingrid have a lot of toys for the kids to play with. It has all the things you need to spend the day at the beach. It helps so much to be able to have coolers, wagons, umbrellas and chairs for the family to enjoy the beach. We would defiantly go back again.
