First, we would like to thank AMI Locals for the sweet card that was left for our family. We were in town for a Celebration of Life for only the weekend. The house was well appointed and beautifully decorated. Best of all it was right across the street from the beach! The location was excellent, since it was within walking distance to everything. We would stay here again.

At checked in we realized the fridge was leaking. We texted the property manager 4 times that the fridge had a leak. The entire kitchen was flooded the entire stay (unusable) and they only fixed it at 6:00 pm the day before we checked out. Very disappointed in the responsiveness of the host!

Loved this cute little house! The location was perfect to walk to the shops at Bridge St. No pool, but the beach is so close - just a short walk down the street. The house has a washer & dryer and everything was clean & in working order. The only negative I would have is the master bed is really firm & could use a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable. Overall great house - it’s small but the layout works well. We had 2 couples, my teen daughter & even room for my son to come stay with us a couple nights on the pull out sofa.

Perfect location.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The location was great. Right across the street from beach. You have ice cream and coffee right around the corner and some great restaurants walking distance. We had a great time!

Great location

Great location. Lots of room for family. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Kitchen is fairly well equipped - coffee pot for both k-cups and normal drip which is nice. Some chairs and beach stuff but not a lot.

Great Location/Awesome Home

The family and I stayed at this home for a week and found that the location was very convenient and spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids. Everything was clean when we arrived and got settled in fairly quickly. The home comes equipped with everything that you'd need to cook and all the utensils needed to eat. I didn't get to use it, but a grill is available in the back. Also in the back, is a shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach; that was very convenient as opposed to tracking sand through the house to get to the shower. The one thing that was of concern was the amount of sand that was in the washer/dryer. Seems like previous tenants stuffed their towels in there to wash/dry without actually shaking off the towels. As far as location, you are literally minutes away from restaurants and shops. We walked to many of these places for lunch or dinner (e.g. Beach House Waterfront, Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the Pier, Kokonut Hut, to name a few). Google maps doesn't do justice, it appears that these places are a further away, but from where this house is at, it was less that 5 minutes to walk to. The beach is literally across the street, so that's a 2 minute walk. We drove to Coquina beach which was less that 5 minutes as well...lots of manatee's and dolphins that pass by if you spend time at the beach. Overall, I'm happy with our stay and look forward to future trips there!

The home had everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable, and a great location close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Terrible

Uninhabitable property. Broken window and no heat/ac during our stay. We left after the second day because no issues were being resolved. Bathrooms were dirty and 3 garbage cans were filled to the top on our arrival. Awaiting a refund! Management is VERY SLOW to respond. I was charge the full amount, stayed less than half, and my small children were unsafe and COLD during our very short stay. Not to mention, I had to book another hotel since we are from out of state.

Great house …. Great location ……..

Coastal Hideaway was perfect for us. The location is excellent if you want to enjoy the beautiful beach ( just across the street!), if you want to be within walking distance to great restaurants and shops, and if you want to be able to see the Gulf and the bay. Life slows down on Anna Maria Island where the speed limit is 35 mph. The house itself is great. It is comfortable and well decorated. The outside areas (front and back) are beautifully landscaped. The landscaping provided so much privacy you felt you had your own little park in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Of course we enjoyed Anna Maria Island, But, we also thoroughly enjoyed the house.
