Everything was very seamless, host communicated effectively and reached out several times to make sure everything was going well. The unit was clean and ready for us and was just like the description. It was really perfect for our family of 6--4 kids aged 12, 10, 8 and 3. We absolutely loved the covered deck/porch, the pass through window from the kitchen to outside made eating out there so easy! Some things that I wanted to note that may help future guests because the information wasn't readily available. As far as staples for the house, they provide you with a handful of dishwashing pods, some dish soap and sponge as well as a few trash bags, 4 rolls of TP, and a roll of paper towels. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may want to cook or prepare. There were no storage containers for leftovers so keep that in mind. As far as pantry basics, there are none so you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, spices, extra paper towels most likely depending on the length of your stay, etc. They have a keurig and a regular coffee pot but you will need to supply your own coffee filters (standard 12cup paper filters---we did leave a pack of 200 behind so hopefully they keep them there for future guests). Not a complaint by any means, but we've stayed in VRBOs before that had these things so it's just good to know if you plan on shopping before arriving like we did. They have a full washer and dryer that we used a lot, just remember to bring some washing detergent!
