We loved the location, Cleanliness and the layout of the house. Upon taking occupancy we identified five items that needed repair and notified the property manager. Repairs were subsequently made. If the property manager had inspected the house before we arrived these items would have been seen.

60th Anniversary Celebration

This place was wonderful. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive. If the pool heater had been fixed before the day we had to leave, it would have been perfect. The entire family was thrilled with the close access to the beach and shopping. We would love to come back again.

Girl's Weekend in Anna Maria Island

Great house for a group of 11 ladies for our annual Girl's Weekend. The size of the house, number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for getting ready, relaxing, etc. and no one felt cramped or crowded. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and equipped w/all of the amenities including a beautiful outdoor area w/a fun pool/slide. The only issue that we had with that was remembering to push the door alarm leading to the pool before entering or exiting as it was LOUD (though we understand that it is for safety/code required). Also, seemed to be a lot of mosquitos in the pool area so having bug spray or citronella candles handy is absolutely needed. The rooftop deck was awesome for coffee or sitting out and watching the stars at night. Overall, a 5-star experience and everyone was saying how much they loved it and were talking about coming back with their families!

Great house with plenty of room for 15. Pool and water slide were a huge hit! Close to shopping and food. Short walk to the beach. We did rent a golf cart. It was waiting when we got there!

7/10 Good Property, Poor Management

This property has potential, but property management was poor. AMI Locals reached out via text (to ask for a positive review) by asking how things were and if there were any issues. I responded with a list and the only responses I got were additional automated texts asking for a positive review. Good first, then the bad. Plenty of space. Bedrooms/bathroom layout. The rooftop patio views. Provided: Wagon for travel to the beach, chairs, sand flea rake, plenty of beach towels. The pool slide was great. The spa until it stopped working day 2. Table and lounge chairs by the pool. 2nd fridge in garage. Mostly clean. The bad: Construction was very disruptive. Beach entrance was far away. The beds are so squeaky that you can't move without waking up your partner. Dining chairs are assembled improperly, which is indicative of the lack of attention to detail throughout. Not a "chefs delight" as they claim. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Only 1 dish towel. Zero hot pads. Poor non-stick pans with the coating worn off. Many utensils are absent. Electric burners were horrible. The A/C was subpar. The pool was filthy. Took us an hour to clean and refill upon check-in. Pool service company used non-swim friendly shock on day 2 without notice. Young kids broke out in rashes after they swam in it. The spa stopped working day 2 (flo error). The pool surface is very rough. Kids were skinned up. Palm trees drop trash in the pool constantly. The pool net was broken.

Good family vacation

We overall enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Breeze, house was well situated and within walking distance to the beach and village center. Kids really enjoyed the water slide and heated tub was great for adults. The house had enough space for 4 families and kitchen had what we needed. Our only complain was the construction on the street and communication around where to park cars and what to expect the week leading to our trip. It worked out at the end, I wish the information about construction was more transparent before we booked though and afterwards I would've expected better communication about parking situation. Overall we had a good time and will consider coming back.

Family Favorite

Beautiful home just across the street from the beach which had awesome sunsets. There also is a wide walking path we used every morning. We were within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The booking was easy & if we had to contact them they were available 7 days a week. Definitely recommend this home.

Perfect for a Large Group

There were 8 adults and 3 kids staying at the house. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room was just the right size for the adults at night. And the kids could have spent all day, every day in the pool and hot tub. The bonus was that the beach was a two minute walk!

Gorgeous property, fantastic location, some disappointments

We loved the home, the location and proximity to the beach. The house advertised both a pool table and ping pong table, neither of which was playable. We are a game family and the adults looked forward to playing. The ping tong table had a broken net, that was ripped and didn’t stay up and the pool table was on a slant, obviously not playable.

Great Stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, had everything we needed (especially in the kitchen), and the management company was very helpful as well. We really appreciated the pool deck runners to lay out so that kids didn't slip, as well as the beach supplies. The only two things that might lead us to pick a different property next time were the beds and the kitchen table. The beds are all (except the bunk and twins) VERY squeaky, as in- you can't even turn over in bed without a loud noise. They definitely need some attention or replacement. We also found that the finish of the dining table has worn off so that the entire surface is sticky. They tried to cover it with the placemats, but we took those off to play cards and even after trying to clean it multiple times, it remained sticky. Lastly, it would also have been so wonderful to have a small coffee pod for our first morning there before we could get to the store. Other than those small details; we were so happy with our time here!

Great house for a family vacation

My family enjoyed our stay here while were visiting for a wedding. We had 10 adults and we all enjoyed our own bedroom with our own bathroom. The owner - AMI Resorts - had very good communication and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We did have a couple of email issues - I don't know if it was on my end or theirs. The house was very clean and we had a great time at the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also had a great time at the beach, which is literally a minute walk away. If I had one complaint it would be the beds. They were all pretty squeaky and probably in need of an upgrade. But it's not enough to make it less than 5 stars. It's the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at.

Family Christmas trip

The house, pool, location was amazing. We had a family of 15 stay for a week. Anna Maria island was wonderful. Less than a block to the beach, short walk to stores, restaurants & bars. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back!
