Beautiful sunset and perfect location

The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed pizza and wings from Pizzanos and got to eat it as a family on the patio watching the sunset. Loved drinking coffee overlooking the ocean in the morning. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Bridge Street was a few blocks away with shopping, ice cream, restaurants, bars with live music, and mini golf. We even went parasailing and the meeting spot was literally right around the corner. I’m all about convenience and this place was definitely it. The condo was clean and roomy. The beach is right across the street and can get tricky to cross the street since it’s close to a major red light but no crosswalk. However the beach was not too crowded since there is no public parking nearby. The host was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again on AMI.

Convenient location

. Private beach . Conveniently located for shopping, food, coffee, and beach access . Close to Bean point . Sunset cruises nearby . Water Sports available My teenagers had their own space and so did I ! The unit has its Own parking spot! Overall a good experience!

Amazing view, convenient location

The view is amazing, could use some small updates to bring it all up to excellent. Host is very responsive to inquiries. It’s obvious some residents do not like short term renters staying for vacation, but that’s to be expected with older residents. Great area and friendly host.

Beautiful View

The view was stunning. The condo was clean and pretty. The only thing I did not like was the traffic noise on Saturday night. Boy, AMI likes to use their horns. The place is in walking distance from The Kokonut Hut and Wicked Cantina, which are my favorite. The Beach House Restaurant is on the opposite side in walking distance. Beach access is convenient and directly across from the condo. Great location to watch the sunset!

Nice, clean property just across the road from a beautiful beach. Close to good restaurants and shopping, some within easy walking distance. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Perfect Location in Paradise

My family (mom, dad, daughter age 16, son age 12 had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and the PERFECT location. Being able to walk to the beach in literally a minute was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Nice Place

Trip was enjoyable. We have been to the island 5 times in the last 4 years. The location of the condo is located on the busiest intersection to get into the island… so sitting outside trying to have a normal conversation is near impossible. Beach is across the street which was nice and convenient although was always a pain to cross the street. The heated pool is nice. The beds and furniture were beyond uncomfortable along with the linens and pillows. An serious upgrade is in order. We did have an issue with the storage locker as it would not open but the property manager had it handled promptly. All in all it was fine but for the price expected a little more.

Wonderful experience

This property is the perfect location! The beach across the street is absolutely wonderful. My kids loved the beach and most of the time there were only a few other people at the beach, so it was nice to have space to spread out. We did take the free trolley to get ice cream at two scoops which was good but generally we were at the beach. My daughter's enjoyed collecting shells and at one point we went snorkeling and found live sand dollars (which we put back in the ocean). We also saw dolphins jump out of the water! There are a lot of restaurants and things around which is nice but with kids aged 15, 6,3, and 1 my main objective was the beach. We did swim at the pool which was also nice. Everything was great! Hope to stay there again in the future!
