We had an amazing stay. House was so clean. Location was perfect not far from anything. Pool was amazing and heated. Would definitely recommend anyone staying here.

Perfect Location

Open and bright accommodations, perfect for a small group. Cute Place, was clean and neat. Location was great-walkable to the beach, trolly pickup nearby. Pool is nice, but is shared so don't expect to have all to yourself. Only issue was limited pots and pans, but we made due just fine. Would stay here again!!

The unit was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only issue was the lock situation. There was no secondary lock/deadbolt, only the electronic coded lock. Aside from not having a deadbolt, i also recieved the door code for the downstairs unit and i dont know if the guests downstairs recieved the code for our unit as well. Which was very concerning.

Great for family of four

The pool was a great feature, Conveniently located to the beach. Furniture could use updating, The master bedroom bedframe was very noisy and kept my husband up all hours of the night unfortunately. That is the only downfall to this beach bungalow, Would recommend if you are needing a place to stay while down here.

Great location!

Short walk to beach! Bay views! Nice pool! Only thing that could be improved is kitchen items. No baking sheet, limited pots and pans. Shared laundry can be a pain. But overall this was a great place for the price, and I would stay again.

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful house! It's located just a 7-minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for us. The house has a beautiful and super clean pool, which was a great bonus. The property itself was also immaculately clean and well-maintained, with plenty of parking space. We were really impressed with the amenities and the comfort of the house. The owners were very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay near the beach. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Accommodations

Easy check in, very clean, ice cold A/C, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen items to chef up a yummy meal, nicely decorated, wonderful salt water pool to cool off in, our neighbors downstairs were so fun and friendly, they offered us a steak dinner they were grilling and very polite, walking distance to beach, driving distance to everything fun, plenty of shopping and dining options in the area, you can rent a golf cart to get around if preferred, peaceful neighborhood, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. We may be back with a bigger group and rent the up and downstairs units we loved it so much. Thank you very much for making our vacation a one of a kind experience. Anna Maria is THE BEST beach in FL in my opinion.

Cinderblock Palace

This quaint and cozy gem accominhted our party of 3 comfortably. The location of the property gives a partial view of the bay and is only a quarter mile walk (~ 5min) to the beach. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is a lovely sectional sofa to cozy up on at the end of a Long Beach day. The pool was refreshing and offered a private place to unwind and relax. The property provided ample towels, linens, and blankets. The shower and kitchen area were clean with new appliances. Love AMI and love this cute blue Palace. ❤️

Enjoy it alot

Nice place. It was cold and rainy. Only had 1 space heater not enough to warm up whole house. Left my hearing aids there oops. Took 4 days to confirm they had them but finally got a yes. Thank you. Over all loved it. Will stay again

Beautiful stay at Bradenton Beach

This property is in a great location, with a short walk to the beach, and a pool very accessible. The outside of the property was clean & inside was as well. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with the fact that there was no body wash or other basic amenities. Also, for the kitchen, there were no condiments, coffee, or even salt and pepper. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked with coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.

Great house but bad local customer service

The house and pool were perfect for our short stay. The house has minimal supplies but didn't need a lot since we were only there for a couple of nights. The only issue we had was when we went to brew coffee, it poured all over the counter and floor. We figured out the problem but the coffee couldn't be brewed without watching it and stopping it and starting it. When I called customer service, the call center responded immediately but said the local office would respond to our request to get a new coffee maker. We received no follow up. Unfortunately, the next renter will have the same problem with the coffee make that we had and will have a mess on their hands when the coffee spills everywhere.
