"Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and comfortable, great for dogs too with enclosed garden and yards from the beach. Only minor gripe is that more care could have been taken with cleaning. Many cobwebs upstairs and too much evidence of the previous visitors who clearly had a very hairy white dog!"

"Perfect location for stay in Southbourne. Close to train, shops, bus stops and walkable to beach and two piers. Kitchen well stocked with equipment to comfortably cook all meals. Love it - already have next visit booked this summer."

"The property was as advertised, smooth arrival process and perfect for our group. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, rooms and linens clean. The week we visited was very hot and the house did heat up due to all the windows. We loved hearing the seagulls and being so close to the beach, and the house was perfect for our needs. A barbecue and wall mounted air conditioning unit on the master level would make this truly 5* for a summer stay. Would stay here again."

"As shown in the office email, there is no problem if you can receive the key and return the reply. But when I asked a question about the parking lot to stay with a friend, I didn't get a reply right away. There was no problem except that there was no reply to the email question."

"We have had a wonderful week away in this lovely apartment. We were welcomed with scones and cream and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Our hosts were very welcoming. The apartment was lovely and clean and in a great location. A ten minute walk to the beach or shops. Would definately stay again."

"Good location for the beach which was our main priority as one family member pregnant. The house was large and spacious with a lovely garden. Parking can be tight but just had to be careful. The single bed room smelt a little damp and overall the bedding was not as soft or quiet as would have liked. If you are going to be cooking note that there is no extractor fan in the kitchen. The management company were great as allowed us to check in earlier as was not occupied great customer service....

"Very clean, good facilities, everything you might need is provided. Property is a spacious first floor apartment, the ground floor and second floor are permanently let out privately, but actually we never saw anyone else all week. Despite the suggestion on the property description that parking is on the road, there is in fact a dedicated parking spot off the road on the frontage of the property. Booking was a bit of a nightmare, I booked through Vrbo, but the property is actually let by...

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The hosts were informative, friendly and on hand. We didn’t need to ask anything about the rooms as it was all as it should be. They saved us lots of time by pointing out the quickest way to get to where we wanted to go."

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...
