Great spot in Boulder!

Courtney & Dre were the most generous hosts we could’ve asked for during a family Thanksgiving stay in Boulder. We loved their neighborhood and its proximity to so many great spots in town, plus flatiron views! We are so grateful for their flexibility.

Excellent Stay and Super Host!

Modern, well decorated space! Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need! So convenient to have soaps and paper products available in kitchen and baths. Beds were very comfortable and we made use of the day bed room as a single and very comfy. Courtney was super responsive when contacting her with little questions and gave helpful local advice for getting around Boulder and to Estes Park. Super location for visiting Boulder and RMNP! Great stay!

Labor Day stay

An absolute beautiful home in a perfect Boulder location. I live in Boulder county but needed to stay somewhere post surgery with my pups. Not only was Courtney helpful with the usual stay but offered continuous support Incase I couldn’t get out and get something. Easy and straight forward instructions. House is decked out in things to do. Highly highly recommend

Cozy In Boulder

We stayed for 4 nights and the house was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals and to prepare snacks. The home is centrally located, close to town and the trails. The parking on the street was a mild inconvenience. The stairs were also narrow and you had to really watch your steps going from the bedrooms upstairs to the kitchen/living room area. Aside from that, the home was cozy and the hosts were attentive. Check in/out was a breeze.

Great for our needs

This home was in a great location for our weekend needs. We spent the weekend hiking several trails and we were close enough to Pearl Street to refuel after the long days. The home was cozy and relaxing. There was an issue upon arrival but the host rectified it immediately so that was a huge plus for us. Courtney was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Would return to this home when we come back to Boulder. This kitchen was stocked beyond belief! Never been to a home with a stocked kitchen like this!

Wonderful hosts

The property was great. The place had everything we needed and more. The hosts were amazing. There was an issue with the AC when we got there, but they took care of it right away. As a result, we were able to meet the them and they are wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again.

Decent for what we needed.

Such a convenient location. Courtney was so accommodating and very quick to respond. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Only a few things seemed off, but not deal breakers: There were a few dust bunnies, which is to be expected when pets are welcome. I was also a little disappointed in the bed situation. The listing read as 2 queen beds and 1 king. We were planning on 6 adults, so 3 beds, in 3 rooms were key. The third bedroom had a small daybed, not a queen. Luckily, our plans were altered by the number of adults, but it would have been nice to know more about the 3rd bed.

BEST PEOPLE EVER!!

these are the coolest host you can get! Courtney was able to meet literally all my needs and make everything possible for us! We had a blast being cozy and playing the wii! I highly recommended this place to anyone , easy check in , easy check out , everything was just awesome I can go on and on about it! Thank you again so much!!

Great location & so cozy!

We are two mom friends touring colleges with our daughters and wanted to get some hiking in. This location was perfect! Short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Quick drive to Pearl Street and so much hiking near by. After hiking in the mountains 10+ miles a day it was so great to be able to just plop down on the big comfortable sofa and watch a movie with our girls. The house was so cozy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. All of the comforts of home and decorated so nicely. It was so clean and did I mention cozy?! We loved waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee on the patio. We loved our stay and would absolutely without question stay here again! Courtney was very accommodating, helpful and responded quickly. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this pet-friendly home

My husband and I had a great stay at Courtney's house. We brought our two cats who enjoyed the space both inside as well as in the backyard area. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating. The area is quiet and has a tranquil feeling. We would definitely recommend staying here to others!

Wonderful rental!

My family was in Boulder for CU dorm move in and this home, along with Courtney, was perfect! It was extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds very comfortable. Our communication with Courtney was tremendous! She went above and beyond to help our son’s cross country move go smoothly! I would highly recommend this property!

Convenience and Comfort!

This is a great little condo for a stay in Boulder. Well equipped, nicely appointed and convenient to downtown and the many Boulder bike trails, it more than met our needs. The hot tub under the back deck was another bonus. Take the owners up on their offer to turn it on in advance of your stay so it’s at temperature when you arrive. If you bike but haven’t brought your own, also take the owners up on their offer to rent the two e-bikes stored in the attached garage. And Boulder is made for biking, with many dedicated bike trails and many roads and streets equipped with generous bike lanes. The condo is not far from an access point on the Boulder Creek Bike Trail, which winds for miles along the creek and was a great ride. The big sectional in the living room is comfy for watching TV, which comes equipped with some of the main streaming services. We both work remotely and the wi-fi was more than adequate for our needs. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. There’s a comfortable outdoor seating area next to the hot tub, and though we didn’t use them, the area also is equipped with two late model -- and clean -- grills – one gas and one wood-fired. You can unload and load up right by the condo entrance and parking was steps away and plentiful. Grocery and liquor stores and gas stations were a short drive away. In short, this is a great place to spend some time in Boulder.

Cute & Cozy

We loved staying at Courtney & Dre's condo. It was very comfortable and perfect for the 3 of us. Very well equipped with all kitchen and bathroom necessities. Communication was very responsive with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and Comfortable!

We have stayed in Boulder twice now and this property was much better than our first experience! It has nice bedroom space (with very comfortable beds), a great open living area, and an outstanding, fully-stocked kitchen. Very easy to get around town from this location and the owners were extremely helpful in getting us settled in upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Not exactly what I expected

The location was okay because I really had no knowledge of the area before booking. The pictures of the property were deceiving and the deck area was not really usable. We found bugs in our bedrooms and no trash bags for trash or recycling. The trash cans obviously had not used trash bags in a very long time. No bath soaps in the shower area. Bath towels were in the extra bathroom upstairs and not in the shower area downstairs. I did appreciate having coffee for us each day. The condo was not the cleanest I had stayed in and not sure the neighbors appreciated having guests. I do love the Boulder area. The bedroom pictures did not show the portable air conditioners making less room in bedrooms.
