"Property was in a great location… could walk to hiking, park, creek in backyard. We loved the town events: pizza and music in the park, brunch at the Merc, Apartment was new and tastefully done, well-equipped. Perfect mountain experience. Hosts could not have been nicer. We’ll be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location made it easy to get around and explore the area, and the overall value was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay."

"Beautiful, quiet get away. Walking trails close, while also close to downtown. We had a wonderful visit. "

"Nothing, didn't get a copy of my ID so they changed the code on the door so she couldn't my get in. In the middle of the night as well. Then threatened the cops if we didn't my leave right away although all our stuff was still in the room. I was charged for the night even though they changed the code before midnight.. offered ID after I got off work in the morning and was threatened with the cops."

"Room was clean and the property is quiet and staff are friendly. The bakery next door is excellent. Fair price quality accomodation."

"Cómodo, bien situado y tranquilo. La dueña muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. "

"Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for the two of us. Close to downtown (about a mile away). Great communication with the host."

"Nice and clean place! The location was perfect for our Red Rocks trip. There was plenty of room for our family of five."

"The location is amazing getting in is a little bit complicated, but we figured it out. The stairwell and front entry are on a lighting timer, which was a little bit delayed making it difficult to enter the code to get in the front door as well as the unit door, there were lots of mini bar and additional items for purchase however, there is not many outlets nor USB for charging so remember to pack your block and or charging cords. Also there wasn’t many towels so I recommend asking for a few...

"Good location"

"The unit was exactly as described, we enjoyed our stay!Upon arrival, we easily found how to access through the garage. We had a GMC Terrain which was a tight fit, but once we got the hang of it, entry and exit was smooth (with a spotter)The bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows were available. The AC worked great in the bedroom and the main area. The area is very quiet, especially since it overlooks the back alley, where there is very little traffic. You can hear the other...

"I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. The...
