"The inside of the house is beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen is amazing and extremely well stocked. If you like to cook this is the place to stay! The surroundings in the front of the home is very nice with a comfortable porch to have a drink. All toiletries were available in abundance. Bryan was always available and answered any questions we had…an outstanding host. Will definitely return in the near future. There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. "The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean. The property manager we interacted with was as good as any I have ever dealt with. We all felt so refreshed after our stay and we will certainly be back to the villa in the future."

As other reviews mentioned, the house is horribly hot, and although there are breezes off the water, it doesn't reach the house because of all the landscaping. We tried all the ‘beach types’ around the island but kept just wanting to be at the perfect spot Coral Gardens. "Property is in good location from Grace Bay beach, restaurants & blue haven marina. The home is well-equipped, very spacious and fit our group of 6 very comfortably. Tanya was responsive, informative, and kind. We were able to check in early and she welcomed us to the property later that day and brought fresh flowers.
