Had a two night stay, nobody cleaned or checked the room on the second day. Breakfast was included but it was very poor, few choices and not great flavor. Not what we were expecting for a >400usd per night hotel. The hotel is well maintained and it’s close to several attractions. If you intent to walk, this is a good option.

Thank you for your comment, we apologize your room was not cleaned the second day. Our housekeeping service cleans rooms every other day so two night stay do not get cleaned unless requested. Our breakfast is standard for all Residence Inns, unfortunately we are not able to change what we have. We hope next time we are able to make your stay more memorable. Thank you for staying with us.

Excelente hotel
El servicio es excelente, el personal muy amable, el estacionamiento es caro y está fuera del establecimiento, es decir cruzando la calle, pero me encantó sin duda volvería El centro de Boston está a 15 min caminando y es una zona muy segura

Gran elección para trabajo o vacaciones
La habitación era un estudio de dos ambientes, perfecto para trabajar cuando lo necesité. El desayuno era fantástico, con mucha opciones saludables. La ubicación es excelente, ya que llegas caminando al Downtown y está a minutos de Logan. El barrio es muy seguro y con muchos lugares para cenar o tomarse una copa. En el área hay varios museos y galerías.

Muy buena experiencia, el hotel tiene un diseño único, muy limpio, excelente servicio. Buen desayuno a secas. El único pero que le pongo es que se escuchaba demasiado el ruido y conversaciones de las otras habitaciones.

From the front desk staff to the ladies that put out the breakfast in the morning to the room staff everybody was so friendly. And the breakfast options hot fresh we were just surprised at the options and of course we tipped the breakfast staff on the table when we left as a thank you ..😊

I was here for two weeks on business. It's good for a long term stay as each room is essentially a cute studio apartment with a kitchen, living room and bedroom area. If you are traveling with another person and not getting up at the same time could be weird as the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom. For me by myself it was fine. No room service but plenty of options by doordash delivery. there's a lobby bar open till 11 pm. housekeeping is regular. I wish the windows opened because the HVAC system is weird-- its either too cold or too hot, probably due to small vents but very high ceilings. My room had windows by the bed, but my initial room had a big brick wall instead of windows and it felt crazy claustrophobic so i asked to change to one with windows. Ask for a room with windows if you feel the same way. Staff were all nice and responsive. No parking on site, but there's parking garage across the street for a steep $45/day.

Everything needed for a fun weekend
The accomodations were spacious, nice to have a full size living room and kitchen area. Front desk staff was outstanding, so nice to come in and have such a friendly greeting. Great location, would definitely return here!

Points positifs: Résidence hôtelière de bon rapport qualité prix, chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée, cuisine bien équipée, lit confortable, petit déjeuner copieux style buffet, personnel du petit déjeuner très accueillant, supermarché dans la même rue, restaurants à proximité, wifi de qualité, station de métro 10 min à pieds Points négatifs : matelas trop fin et de mauvaise qualité pour le canapé lit, pas de couette pour le canapé lit seulement un dessus de lit, manque 1 chaise dans la cuisine, pas suffisamment de tables et chaises dans la salle du petit déjeuner en cas d'affluence

Beautiful hotel , everyone was so nice and helpful … just a couple of suggestion : change the sofa bed , it was very much uncomfortable and please vary the selections of the breakfast .. it was everyday the same … other than that .. I really enjoyed my 6 days stays too much

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was better than what I've come to expect. My room was very large and interesting in that it made good use of the unique architecture of the building. Many nearby restaurants and close to public transportation.

The rooms were huge and spacious, enough for a family of four. But the staff who checked us in didn’t seem to know what she was doing. And the senior staff she was with took her time in helping her. I get that she might have been training the girl checking us in but she should have considered us first. It was late and we were tired and didn’t care much to be kept waiting. Housekeeping also didn’t come to clean our room.
