We stayed for 3 nights for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. It is in great proximity of walking downtown and access to great places. The communication from Joseph was great.

Our group had a wonderful stay at HausWren! Absolutely perfect for sightseeing and walking to Salem for all the October festivities. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean and the house supplied all that we needed. Host communication before, during and after our stay was on point. Thank you!

Three Day Stay

Great communication with the host. The place was just as advertised. If there were any issues the host was quick to respond. The place is in a perfect spot just far enough away from the commercialized Salem to be quiet and close enough to walk to everything. Our family enjoyed the stayed and would stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is blinds in the living room area.

We loved everything about the home from the history of the home, beautiful restoration, comfortable living spaces, and the proximity of the home to downtown Salem. Joe was very friendly, and helped to make our stay just perfect.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home!! We had a lovely vacation here. It is close to the downtown area and we walked there several times. We traveled with our baby and the nursery room attached to the main bedroom was perfect! The host is also very friendly and responded quickly to anything we needed.

Lovely getaway!

We had a fabulous time in Salem. The property is very conveniently located to the downtown area, and the boys biked there on a daily basis. The host is very welcoming and responsive. We would recommend!

Clean & Convenient home away from home

The hosts of this property were very communicative. I couldn’t find my check In instructions and phoned the number attached to the listing. Joseph phoned back within the hour and helped me locate them in my junk folder. He even forwarded them to me again. Midway through the stay he texted to check in on us to see how we were doing. We have family in Salem that live near the waterfront so we didn’t rent a car. We were able to walk 15 minutes to downtown and less than 20 to their house, making this condo the perfect midpoint for our stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities & there is a corner store literally around the corner. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains in the dining room for added privacy as you exit the bathroom & perhaps some black out shades in the bedrooms. I adjusted to East Coast time zone quickly as I was waking with the sunrise. 😉

Beautiful space

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Very close to downtown Salem. The property was clean and well kept. The host was great at communicating with us and made the check in/ out process super easy. Perfect space for families. Our son is 9 and he loved staying here. We highly recommend this space and would love to visit again.

Clean, Quiet, Very upgraded!

This was a great property to stay in Salem. Easily walkable to everything or a very inexpensive Uber. It was very clean and upgraded with really nice appliances, bathroom and kitchen. We were 4 adults and it was more than enough room for us all. Communication wasn’t as clear between Evolve and the owner. Using the chat on VRBO app, I only received one email as correspondence and didn’t get anything else after that. I did get an email with check in instructions and a phone number - which was helpful. Suggestion would be email that infomation sooner.
