"It is a beautiful property and very well located. Only 10 minutes from Flagstaff, half an hour from Williams and "Bearizona", and 1 hour and a half from the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed them all. The game room was fantastic! Evenings in the chalet playing pool, ping pong, and foosball made it a terrific family outing. Thank you very much, Jim and VRBO."

"Beautiful location with pines, juniper and oak trees. Give a feeling of seclusion and peacefulness even though you’re in a coy neighborhood. We saw several deer wander past and a coyote. The fenced in yard and doggie door was a real plus. The house is older, but comfortable with adequate AC for summertime use. Neighborhood is a great place for walking, and challenging hours for biking. Front deck was a great place to be in the morning and the rear deck in the evening. "
