"1st time using Vrbo. And David represented, coming back to Vrbo or maybe even trying David's property a few more times. Loved it!Accurate, neat, remote from people and quiet, yet only 10 min to grocery stores and things. "How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....
