Overall, the cabin was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was overwhelming smell of Fabulosa cleaning solution when we first arrived, had to let the cabin air out for several hours! By end of our stay we realized that it was probably due to trying to get rid of the musty odor that had come back into the space. You may want to look into finding source of musty odor and eliminating that rather than trying to just mask it with overwhelming cleaning smell! Other than that, it was wonderful!

This was a beautiful cabin in a gorgeous setting. The host was very friendly and accommodating, the cabin was cozy and so clean and inviting. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again!

Beautifully situated cabin overlooking the brook. We loved everything about this place. Privacy yet not isolated. Fenced yard , 3 fabulous covered porches. Our favorite porch was off of the master bedroom over looking the brook and we loved the lights under the porch railing. Very relaxing! We did not use the room with the twin beds but the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did not use the hot tub but it looked and smelled very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the porches so much that we never did turn on the tv. I would call this the perfect retreat for us and we will plan to stay again.

We loved our stay at this cabin! Super peaceful location—loved sitting on the deck in the mornings listening to the babbling brook. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and it was awesome that the place was pet friendly. Great communication with the host and the WiFi worked perfectly, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely small cabin nestled on the side of the mountain with a small stream just out back. The hot tub was wonderful and the area was very peaceful and quiet. The bear carvings were really cool and it’s just a short trip to town when you need something. The showers are kinda small and the water pressure could be better. Overall a great weekend getaway spot. We will go again. LOVED IT

Such a beautiful cottage on the stream that you can hear from the master bedroom! Very clean with all the amenities you could ask for :-). The hot tub was so nice on the cool mornings and walking down to the stream with my little dog was awesome he absolutely loved it 🐕. The bear theme gives you an atmosphere of being in the mountains even when inside :-). Would absolutely recommend and I'm sure I will be a return renter.

Waterfall getaway

The cottage is as described-Comfortable, clean and well stocked with basic kitchen needs and seasonings.Communication was outstanding. Check in was a beeeze. Nice to soak in hot tub after hiking. Relaxing on the 3 different porches, especially the back one where you can hear the babbling brook, was a treat.I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything

Clean, comfortable and great sounding stream

We were traveling from Wisconsin back home to Florida with our dogs. My 11 year old daughter and I just needed a place to rest for a couple of nights. This was perfect for all of us! Clean, comfortable and dog friendly, we really enjoyed the stream by the house. We had everything we needed for a respite in our drive. Thank you!

Beautiful spot! Came for a prospect camp at Brevard College. The campus was about 20 mins away so we enjoyed the town of Brevard and nearby Hooker Falls. The cabin was so lovely! Very serene, well stocked, and clean. Will return!

So peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at the babbling brook cottage. The bed was very comfy. The bathrooms & kitchen were great.With the water fall outside the master bedroom was so relaxing to listen too. Would highly recommend.

Family Spring Break

My husband and I stayed last fall, came back this spring with our 2 college guys for Spring Break. Enjoyed being able to have our furry friends with us and the convenience of the fenced yard. Loved the hot tub after long days of mountain hiking and exploring. Great location to so many things, yet peaceful and lulled by the brook behind the house.Thanks for a great get-away for the family!
