"We like the hotel for its comfort, balcony with a harbor view, and small amenities such as evening cookies, 24-hour coffee station and fruit. It has the best plumbing of any hotel I’ve ever seen - great shower and bathroom utilities. We asked for housekeeping and didn’t get it (housekeeping should be automatic in hotel stays, it seems like it always was until the last few years when all the hotel managers started slacking off - stop doing that).
