Muy buen hotel justo en la playa , el único pero es que está algo retirado y casi no nada en los alrededores para comer o tomar algo mientras disfrutas de la playa. Por lo demás muy recomendable.

A fantastic hotel!
Punta Rosa is a fantastic hotel. Located right on the beach at the end of Station 1. 2 minute walk to Diniwidbeach which in our opinion is the best beach. The rooms are so cozy, clean and nice. The breakfast is very good and you order it from a varied menu. And the staff is very nice! We got upgraded rooms by the owner during our 2 week stay here - the suite was better than all our expectations! She, as well as the rest of the staff, has been very helpful with all our questions and thoughts. We would recommend anyone to stay at the Punta Rosa hotel that visits Boracay. Thank you Punta Rosa for giving us the best vacation!

Room had bad standard. The bathroom smelled diesel. Bad neighbourhood. We could not stay there and had to find another hotel after to nights. We will therefor ask for the money back for the three remaning days.

Sorry but Typhoon Ursula was a very strong typhoon that hit us direct, of course the surrounding will look bad. Sorry about the smell of the diesel as we don't have electricity and we need the run the hotel, we are on our own, the government will take one month to put it back and clean the area so we have to use the generator for you and other guests. Anyways, as per agreement we will be returning your two nights that you were not able to stay. It was unnecessary to put this comment as we have already agreed to return your money.

Ever again
I'm pverified long term hotels.com member and leaving Reviews reflecting the actual hotel status. We where fouled by fake pictures and reviews. The picture posted not actually showing the condition. The hotel is in need of mayor renovation. The mattress is laying on the floor not actually bed. Mattresses ,bed sheets , pillows, towels need to be replaced. The smell inside the room was moldy. That hotel is located between two karaoke Bars that will entertain you until 2am and lot of motorbike noise. Windows and doors are not closing properly To expose you to all the traffic and late music noise. Internet was very slow and mostly not working. The owner of this place is very unhelpful. For him is only about quick money. We have seriously regretted picking this hotel And paid 6 nights in advanced with no chance To get any money back. Pierre Kuipers from Florida

Sorry for the typhoon it hit us direct. Many other new hotels, glass windows were broken and hit the guests at least NO ONE from Punta Rosa got hurt. Please note, this is the first time we have a complain about the room of Punta Mare as it is a Japanese Style designed room and the bed is on a flat form and not on the floor as the bed is very big. We just went through a very bad typhoon so all the rooms anywhere in the hotel well smell moldy for one or two days until sun comes up. We are in a tropical island. It's Christmas Season, our area is usually quiet but our neighbors are having their Christmas Party which we complained to them. Please note that my manager was very helpful but there's not much he can do as the typhoon destroyed the area. We are very Sorry.

The place is a wonderful get away from the night life which is only 15 minutes on a motorcycle. The breakfast is not a buffet but that is good because it is made fresh. 3 minute walk to the Beach what more can you ask for.

위치는 좋으나 접근성이 떨어지고 방과 욕실에 개미가 너무 많아서 힘들었습니다. 침대까지 붉은 개미가 올라와서 약 치고 자느라 힘들었습니다. 직원들은 친절~그러나 와이파이는 터지질 않아서 답답했습니다. 핸드폰 신호가 약해서 데이타도 사용하기가 어려워요~

위치가 너무 구석입니다. 디몰까지 나가려면 트라이시클을 부르던지 걸어 나가야 합니다. 스위트룸에 묵었는데 하루 한번 디몰까지 무료로 데려다 줍니다. 오후 3시 이전까지. 덕분에 잘 나갔어요. 들어올 때에는 걸어서 왔습니다. 화이트비치로요. 트라이시클 기사들이 멀어서 잘 안 가려고 해요. 돈을 많이 부르거나. 150페소주고 두번 타고 왔습니다. 숙소 상태는 아주 좋습니다. 아침식사메뉴도 좋았구요.

遠且不方便
雖然在海邊，卻看不到海，房子有點陳舊，需搬行李到三樓，附近沒有餐廳，也無法叫到車去Dmall，飯店有shuttle bus, 卻時常不在，樓梯會滑，我滑了一跤，要小心，房間內設施跟裝修也是老老的，同樣的價錢，還是住Fairways好! 整個長灘島都在修馬路，到處烏煙瘴氣，建議最近幾年都還是別去了吧!

Excellent Location
Really impressed with this little hotel given how much we paid for it. Despite clearly being a cheap option on Boracay the hotel is located at the north end of White Beach, typically where you find the more luxurious hotels. Although it was quite a walk down to the restaurants, this was far outweighed by how quiet the beach was around the hotel. Service at the hotel was impecable - staff always remembered who I was and what room I was in. Very simple but much appreciated. Room was spacious and bathroom huge. We had a whole 5L water cooler in the room free to use which was much appreciated. The hotel also organised a transfer for us which was very helpful when trying to navigate the crazy ferry port! Breakfast was pretty good - again baring in mind the price of the room. All in all a great little hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

자연친화적이고 소박한, 아름다운 호텔
아주 멋진 호텔입니다. 스테이션1의 다른 리조트처럼 호화로운 스타일은 아니지만, 자연친화적이고 소박하며 마음 편안한 곳이예요. 저는 호텔 2층 리셉션 바로 옆 방인 Punta playa 에 묵었고요. 발코니에서 보는 썬셋이 황홀합니다.. 침대에 누워서도 보여요. ㅠㅠ 이거 하나로 그냥 최고... 조식은 뷔페식이 아니고 주문하면 직원이 간단한 오믈렛 등을 만들어주는데 괜찮습니다. 자체 식당이나 바가 없는 것이 흠인데, 옐로우캡, 씨마 등 음식점에서 배달이 가능하고요. 방안에 뜨거운 물이 나오는 정수기가 있어서 저는 컵라면도 많이 먹었습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 현지인들과 웨스턴들이 주로 이용하는 포장마차(?) 같은 바가 있어서 코코넛 등 사먹기도 좋았어요. 접근이 불편하긴 한데 비치로드를 이용하면 디스커버리쇼어까지 걸어서 5분이예요. 마사지 받으러 저녁 사먹으러 자주 갔습니다. 리셉션과 전체적인 직원들은 과도하게 친절하지도 않지만 도움을 요청하면 항상 흔쾌하게 들어줬습니다. 푸에르토리코 출신 여사장님도 뵈었는데 쾌활하고 에너지가 있는 분으로 기억에 남네요. 단점은 저는 잘 못들었는데 같이 묵은 지인이 새벽에 닭 우는 소리가 들렸다고 하네요. 저는 닭보다 호텔 앞 바에서 기르는 개 짖는 소리가 더 시끄러웠어요. 호텔 앞이 비치로 나가는 길목이라 통행량이 있어서 안전하긴 한데 약간의 소음이 하루종일 있어요. 심하진 않고요. 그리고 호텔소유 비치가 없다보니 비치베드도 없고요. 이건 어차피 화이트비치에는 음료 한잔 시키고 아무데서나 쉬면 되기 때문에 전 크게 상관 없었습니다. 제 기준에 가장 큰 단점은 밤에는 리셉션에 직원이 없어서 갑자기 발생하는 상황에 대응이 안됩니다. 건물 입구에 가드가 한명 지켜주긴 하는데 리셉션이 비어있으니 여자 두명이라 마음이 편치 않았어요. 실제로 다른 방에 묵는 러시안이 저희 방을 직원 방으로 착각하고 밤중에 마구 두드렸는데 친구랑 저는 침입자인줄 알고 깜짝 놀랬어요. 리셉션이 있었다면 달랐겠죠... 이러니 저러니 해도, 스테이션 2나 3의 번잡함과 과도한 호객 등이 싫으신 분들이라면 정말 좋아하실, 실용적이고 멋진 호텔입니다.

Schönes Boutique Hotel am Rande des White Beach
Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer ganz oben, mit einer riesen Terrasse und einem Outdoor-Bad. Die Zimmer selbst sind gross und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt am "Ende" des White-Beach. Dadurch hat man dort seine Ruhe und ist etwas weg vom Trubel. Nach ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg am Strand entlang ist man trotzdem mitten drin (Station 2). Derzeit ist Boracay noch eine einzige grosse Baustelle mit viel Lärm und Chaos auf den Strassen. Die Strände sind allerdings herrlich und gerade am Strandabschnitt des Punta Rosa ist es sauber und ruhig.

Upon arrival we were told the AirCon as broke in our assigned DELUXE room that we pre-paid with OCEAN VIEW so they placed us in SUPERIOR room for 1st night which was a DOWNGRADE according to them. To make up for that they said would offer FREE UPGRADE to top floor with balcony over looking ocean for the next 2 nights, just that the bathroom is outside so was windy taking shower at night under the sky. The SUPERIOR room was nice looking and could easily see ocean from inside room so we expected the DELUXE room to be better than the SUPERIOR room we had the 1st night. The next morning they offered the DELUXE room to saying the AirCon was fixed 10 minutes after we checked in to other SUPERIOR room the day before. They showed DELUXE room to us and we were shocked that what they called an UPGRADE from a SUPERIOR room was actually a big DOWNGRADE. The DELUXE room shown that was originally assigned with Ocean view on receipt and room description had a JUNGLE view and that they claimed faced the ocean but the trees grew in and was no longer visible. The walls needed paint and the room was rather depressing compared to SUPERIOR room just spend night in. We accepted the FREE upgrade to top floor and were happy with ocean view with large balcony. However the outdoor bath was not something we would accept again. We found over a hundred small brown ants (the kind that bite and sting) in our clothes & back packs left in the wardrobe closet shelf. Upon inspection the ants were swarming

Great stay
Probably the best 3 star hotel we stayed in during our trip. Rooms are spacious with big beds. Staff are incredibly friendly. The only potential drawback is that it has no immediate access to the beach and so no sun loungers. We found it very difficult to rent these at other hotels (which is unusual) so you may need to resort to a towel on the sand !

Great choice
Wonderful hotel. Spacious and clean room, daily cleaning, excellent service, 1 minute to the beach. Large and comfortable bed. Quiet and cozy place. Slightly far from restaurants and shops (you can order a transfer), the Internet in the room is rather weak. In general, I liked it very much. Great choice.

1star Overpriced Old Secluded Hotel
We booked 2rooms for P14,500 arrived but did not check in due to the exorbitant fee P1,500 per extra head even w/o extra bed or 2extra rooms that would make its price equal with 4.5 stars new hennan laggoon where we had 2rooms and we first stayed. We transferred to Residencia Boracay beach front rooms for P15,000.

스위트 룸이었는데, 성인 세명에게 매우 충분한 넓이였어요. 뷰가 훌륭한 루프탑에서 먹는 조식시간이 너무 좋았어요. 비치는 매우 가까운데, 이쪽 비치는 더 깨끗하고 오른쪽 바위쪽에서 예쁜 물고기들 많이 봤어요. 밤에 조용해서 좋구요.다만 화장실안에서 신는 슬리퍼가 없어서 불편했어요. 보라카이에 다시 간다면, 재방문의사 있습니다.

Fantastisk vistelse! Högst upp på Station 1 men ändå med gångavstånd till Station 2, ca 20-30 min. Passade perfekt för oss som ville åt lugnet men som vissa kvällar ville utforska kväll/nattlivet.

Friendly hotel close to the beach
My wife and I stayed here for 5 days on our visit to Boracay. While we like to enjoy the restaurants, bars, and excitement of Station 2 area, we prefer to STAY a bit outside of those areas. Punta Rosa was a great fit for us. It is situated very close to the beach in a quiet area. There are some restaurants nearby, but most of the attractions are within 1-2 km walk. If you are feeling too lazy to walk, there is also a free shuttle during the day from the hotel to D-Mall in Station 2. Breakfast was a limited selection, but it was freshly made and good quality. The rooftop view from breakfast is great as well. There were some minor issues with the cable/wifi not working for a while, but that is not the fault of the hotel. The island frequently has these issues. If there was an issue/concern, the hotel staff did everything they could to make it right. The staff was very helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, this is a great place to stay and good value for the price.

Peaceful retreat in Boracay
My stay at Punta Rosa was great despite the fact I had a wound the first day of my arrival. The staff were very keen to help me and get things for me even to run to the pharmacy and buy me things. I was very appreciative of their attention and care. The location of the hotel was also great not far from great sight seeings. If I didn't have my injury I would have enjoyed my stay much much more.

Nicely Decorated Rooms
The hotel was nicely decorated. Warm and friendly staff. The only thing that can be improved was the gap between the door and the frame. I believe the lizard gets to the door and easily comes in. Nice view from the breakfast lounge. Has free transportation going to D'mall ( but not going back).

A beautiful hotel at the end of the beach. The location was peaceful and quiet and the beach was absolutely beautiful. If you like to stay somewhere quiet then this is the right place as it's not filled with people like Station 2. There's restaurants near by and the hotel is in the walking distance from Station 2. (There's also free shuttle to D'mall which is nice). The staff was amazing and really helpfull all the time. The room was clean and on most days it was cleaned when we were having breakfast. It was also spacious and simply but beautifully decorated. The only bad thing about the hotel was the bed which was really hard.

Sorry for the bed if you have asked in the office we could have put a 2 inch soft foam to make it more comfortable.

Проживали 10 дней. Номера большие, уютные, но шумоизоляция плохая, по утрам нас будили крики петухов и проезжающие мимо безумные трициклы (их не много - но слышно ооооооочень хорошо). Сам отель расположен в тихом месте на первой станции, что особо ценилось вечером по возвращению с шумной второй станции. Wi-fi слабенький, но все таки был!) У отеля есть услуга бесплатного трансфера днем с 9 до 18 до димола. Завтраки достаточно однообразны, но всегда свежие и вкусные, нам очень нравилось завтракать на верхней террасе(крыше) отеля откуда открывается прекрасный вид)

현지의 느낌과 저렴한 가격에 바다와 닿아있고 조용함. 화이트비치의 끝에 위치하여 스파이더 하우스가 바로 옆에 있음.

Great stayaway from the tourisy crowd
Wonderful time. Besides a cockcroach in the bathroom (we assume that it came from the outside), everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is nothing much available around the area, but nothing can beat its proximity to the White Beach (only 1 min walk). The free shuttle (0800-1800) to D'Mall was very helpful, although a relaxing walk from D'Mall to the hotel was also nice (about 40-45 mins). Great place to stay in general. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. Not recommended for those who wants to stay in the center of nightlife and activities.

Price-worthy Hotel. Clean Room. Responsible Staff.
Our room is very spacious. Bed is comfy. Shower system is very stable. Hotel staffs replied emails very quickly. Basically we enjoy our stay in Punta Rosa. Flaws: it is not close enough to White Beach & D Mall (though they have a shuttle bus to D Mall in daytime), and Wifi inside our room sucks. But overall it's price worthy to stay, and suitable for those who prefer to have a quiet stay.

GOOD~!!!
punta rosa 덕분에 너무 멋진 여행을 했습니다. 위치는 스테이션 1 끝자락에 자리했지만 2,3까지 걸어다녀도 충분한 거리여서 굳이 셔틀을 타지 않아도 되서 좋았어요. 아침 점심 저녁 해변을 산책하며 시간마다 바뀌는 경치를 즐겁게 감상할 수 있었습니다. 음식도 좋았어요. 매일 아침 루프탑에서 바다를 내려다 보며 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 그리고 투숙객이 많지 않아 조용히 아늑하게 잘 쉬었습니다.

Nice stay in Boracay
Really nice big room, with king size bed. They serve amazing breakfast (from the menu, so always fresh and made just for you) with the best view (eating area on the roof facing sea). Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. The location is really good - still close to the party zone, but a not to close to get disturbed by the loud music.

Schönes, gemütliches Hotel, ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Station 1. Ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis Station 2. Handtücher für den Strand, Regenschirme, Tragetaschen inkl. Das Frühstück naja! Kein Buffet, wenig Auswahl! Aber ok... Das Bett war nicht so toll! Die Matratzen sehr hart! Ich habe ca eine Woche sehr schlecht geschlafen und hatte Rückenschmerzen. ...Leider beim auschecken erwähnt. Das Hotel bietet eine extra (dünne) Matratze an! Das hätte mir bestimmt geholfen ! Also immer direkt bescheid sagen :-) Das Hotel könnte ihren Gästen täglich 2 kleine Wasserflaschen kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen. Die Zimmer heller gestalten, wenig Licht! Spiegel im Zimmer aufstellen.

VI var väldig nöjda med vår vistelse här. Vi bodde där 4 nätter i början av mars. Hotellet ligger på station 1 som är den lugnare delen av white beach och vi tyckte att det var perfekt att bo här för att sedan gå längs med striden bort till station 2 och 3 för mat och party för den som vill ha det. Hotellet i sej var väldigt bra, frukosten bra (man fick välja från en meny vad man ville ha varje morgon) och utsikten från terassen där man åt var nice. Jag kan även rekommendera att ta en massage hos grannhotellet i deras lilla "trähydda" för 500 pesos :)

Its not actually on the beach front, though it is near to the beach, quite area, lovely room i stayed in coco room with little balcony and a glimse of the beach view... But if you love staying in a beach front with beach bench these is not suit hotel for u... Cuz that is what im lookin when im there and pay attention on the customer's review i got trick with some of the review if i could turn back time i probably look for other option

Nice hotel close to the beach.
Check in took 2 minutes.All staff were very efficient and pleasant to deal with.The hotel has only 10 or 12 rooms which we liked as the owner was often on the front desk.Breakfast,taken on the rooftop with wonderful views over the bay, was very good,selection of fruit and/or cooked. Hot water available 24/7 in the room.Location at the top end of station 1,quiet at night time, suited us perfectly as it was only 10 minutes walk along the beach to the cafes with good live music. We shall be using this hotel when we return to Boracay. Downside,I had full internet signal from the hotel but due to some blockage was never able in 2 weeks stay to login and check emails,even sitting at reception for 45 mins trying to get online although this was achievable at for example Globy Cafe 15 minutes walk along the beach.

Price Worthy
Despite it is a bit far from the centre and noisy, which the room can hear the motor bike sound eaisly, it is price worthy to stay. The nice view during bfast is very relaxing and good~! We will stay in the hotel if we come to Boracy again.
